Withdrawal issues bad customer service
Payout to the wrong crypto address and they claim that is what I provided. I have proof that I confirmed the correct address in a live chat but they won’t provide proof that I provided the address they used.
Other payout to my bank account has been pending for 9 days without any explanation. They have transferred to this account before.
I am fully verified.

Scam. Not possible to withdraw money. Bot from customer service says that you have to verify your profile in order to withdraw, which was done many times, as after every attempt of withdraw it becomes unverified again. After a certain period of time all the money from the gaming account disappeared, both the deposit and the winnings.

When i enter chat to get help chat gets closed down witout even starting to chat and my vip manager cant help me either

Terrible casino. Offering me a bonus for my next deposit, came back in the chat after my deposit to claim it and they wouldnt give it to me. Al of a sudden it was a bonus for the deposit after that which is not a correct way to treat a player. Had my account closed which also took plenty of time since they offered me a cooling down limit. Might as well bend over. Not happening. Done with foreign casinos and BS or no licensing. Stay away is my advise. And please do look in to that Nick guy from the live support. The guy is no good.
