I was a VIP-level player at Bets.io, but suddenly, without any conceivable reason, they closed my account and confiscated my considerably large account balance. I didn’t have any money tied to promotions—I played without bonuses.
They only sent me an email with vague reasoning, referring to their terms. None of the accusations seemed to apply to my account at all.
Their customer service has been completely unresponsive and refuses to provide any good reasons for their actions. I am about to report them as a seriously fraudulent site/scam to their licensing authority.

The lack of responsible gambling here is actually disgusting. I’ve requested to self exclude at least 5 times over chat and email in the last 24 hours. I’ve been passed around different operators. I opened my Bets.io account in October, 2024. I deposited and withdrew many times earlier but suddenly they just closed my account - just after I sent a public complaint to Askgamblers.com complaining about my over month pending withdrawals. Due to this, they just outright confiscated all my funds. Nothing significant in my play changed or was different than before when I successfully withdrew many times.
They vaguely referred to a possible collusion (among other things), which was insanely groundless since I played only games that can't even have multiple players involved. No concrete reason was ever presented for the alleged breach of terms. They claimed that they don't need to.
Bets.io confiscated my totally bonus-free account balances: 24 LTC, 437 USDT and 913 TRX.
Askgamblers.com, a well-known casino arbitrator, was unable to resolve my case (ok yes, they put a Resolved-badge to the case - but suspiciously fast without much interaction), and I felt that true, fair arbitration did not take place. I was not fully heard at all, and the process appeared strongly biased from the beginning. You can only speculate about what might have been going on behind the scenes. Everything raised red flags of even possible corruption or an inside job.
Even if the dispute had been still decided against me in the end, numerous small issues in the process raised significant concerns and strongly suggested that something was seriously amiss. I could list many examples, but the lack of a proper resolution phase and the absence of a detailed explanation in the arbitration procedure were particularly glaring and unprofessional. Bets.io even asked if certain people could have access to the evidence material; plus certain people in their opinion shouldn't be allowed to have access, I read between the lines. Nothing was well presented to me. Nothing was well explained or reasoned. Nothing was well questioned. They could have presented anything, even totally made-up material and Askgamblers arbitration didn't even want to hear the smallest feedback from my side to whatever Bets.io showed in the case. I was open to handle my case details publicly in the case thread, but all that Bets.io presented was hidden from me or from the public message thread. These actions among many others indicates even possible foul play. The arbitration was either very very weak or in the worst case corrupt.
Beware. Your deposits with this operator may not be safe. Be warned—they may not treat you fairly.
!! Based on my experience, Bets.io is as clearly a scam site as any site can be !!
For the most observant who would like to investigate my experience further: notice how Askgamblers still acted firmly in their January 14, 2025 message update and generally warned that the case could be closed as Unresolved. However, after the January 16 Bets.io update, the case fell into total silence and secrecy, resulting in a very quick resolution marked as Resolved, keeping Bets.io’s reputation spotless. Additionally, all public message updates regarding the main subject of the case were immediately cut off, which is highly uncommon for a typical dispute arbitration—let alone one involving key events of the case. Everyone can draw their own conclusions based on what they see.

To be honest, everything has been great so far, I really only play blackjack and roulette. Deposit was done easily, and support is offered 24/7. But the biggest issue I have is the withdrawal process.
I am on day 5 of waiting for my first withdrawals and my ‘VIP manager’ keeps telling me that it will be processed ASAP. The amounts are for roughly $3,500 and $28,000. I’m pretty sure others are receiving their withdrawals having put them through before mine, so not sure why it’s taking as long as it is, but it needs to be resolved ASAP. It’s the only thing holding back my review of bets.io outside of that it would usually obtain 5 stars but given the withdrawal process and not being told properly what is happening and consistently being given the same message that ‘there are a number of factors to take into account’ during the process of withdrawal is bewildering considering they promise a 30 minute withdrawal and claim it to be a lot faster than other casinos on their homepage.
I will come back here once I do receive the withdrawal but this is my honest review, something needs to be done about the so called ‘finance department’.

I don’t know what fast withdrawals people are talking about in the reviews below, but in my case, this crypto casino took exactly 12 hours to process my first withdrawal of $3800. They said it was because it was my first withdrawal, so I stayed calm, trusted them, and let it slide. However, after my second deposit of $1000 and winning $10,000, they haven’t been able to process the withdrawal for over 24 hours now. So, there’s absolutely no talk of fast withdrawals here.
I don’t see the point of playing in a casino like this when I can play on platforms like Stake or BC Game, which have instant withdrawals. Firstly they promised so many NFT utilities, which hasn't been delivered yet, still no new nor update from the team.
Secondly my account got banned when I simply tried withdrawing with the reason being that I had multiple accounts, I tried to prove my case but they didn't even accept it(I used someones hotspot who also had an accountwith them) that's why mine got banned.
