I won a parlay in September. I have been trying to transfer the money since then. I initially asked for the whole $2300 which they weren't sending. Then I decided to start with $500. They sent me that amount. Then I requested to have the $1500 that I had left because I gambled a little back. When I asked for the transfer it immediately disappeared from my balance. I was waiting for my money had to cerify myself a few times and have still been waiting. When I called them last week they told me I used all the money in there. THAT WAS A TOTAL LIE!! Be ware with this company they will keep and make your money vanish. I don't know were my money went. THEY NEVER PAID ME. They are good as long as you're paying a losing and maybe small payouts. If you win a large payout you will not get your money. I can guarantee you that!! DON'T use them. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!

The worst casino app I've ever seen and experience it's a shame for a big company and big casino name to have application like this always problem and no fixes anything the worst support team and customer service I made more than 30 times complain and no one fixes the problem it's really bad business and scam people.

What the heck is an Interac, specifically charge back? NOBODY CAN EVEN DO ANY OF THOSE ON THERE. I DID NO SUCH THING AND THEY JUST INVENTED THAT. They still expect $150. I said. You'll get it, or, go to collections, after I bring you to court. PRODUCE DOCUMENTS. But, "yeah". "BetMGM is amazing!". Hang y'all's heads in shame. Also. For Betrivers' use on here? Declined my account and gave me no reason. I have a excellent credit and reached out to them. They wouldn't answer my calls and it took them days or weeks to get back with me. Excuses and confusion seemed to be their answers. I believe I dodged a bullet.

This site used to be great! Obviously it’s unreasonable to expect frequent wins but for someone who’s deposited so much like myself, you would think that they’d at the very least ensure their platinum and black tier players are happy and wanting to continue with their support.
I’ve reached out to them before about the fact that many people I know (I’m a part of a subreddit group for BetRivers players) who once thought this online casino was so great and we’d refer our friends and colleagues to join, but seeing the recent reviews I can honestly say that I’m not alone in my opinions.
I’ve also submitted bonus codes and referral bonus codes and they have yet to honor them. When I asked what the issue was to customer support he asked for the codes and once given to him he then asked for screenshots! And before I could even begin to gather the information he had requested he ended the chat. I suppose it’s time to delete my once 5 star reviews and give a very truthful and accurate reassessment.

So it has good games I win 2 to 6000 every month off the site and their withdraws take about 5 to 10 minutes to hit my account once I process it with their site and that is so important with these online gaming sites there's a lot of them take two three days to process your account not acceptable the game selection is okay

It don’t make any sense I was on the rivers app for 3 hours and got one free game on samurai and got 95 cents. I spend all my time and money on that app. I really think they let all people win except black people. I used to be able to win and have fun and now it’s bullshit

Don’t ever use these people for anything ! I won a bet and still have not been paid ! It’s been 36 hours for $7000 , reporting them to NYS Gaming Commission

BetRivers is just another site scamming people. Here is the plan and simple with these online casinos. If you can’t withdraw your money as easily as you put it on than they are a scam. BetMGM is good, Borgata is good. I can get almost Instant withdrawal from both of them. So if a casino don’t release your money right away it’s because they don’t want to. They want you to keep playing until you have none.

This site used to be ok. But since the update about a month ago there are many glitches. Now I am unable to withdraw some of my money and the money that was approved to be withdrawn has not hit my bank account. They arw refusing to look deeper into why. File a complaint with the PA gaming board. That's why they are there. To oversee and regulate things like this.

I encountered a problem withdrawing my funds and still do not have access to them. I reported the issue to the BBB, but the company remains unwilling to resolve the problem. This business is built on deceit; their systems are rigged, and you never truly get to withdraw the profits you’ve earned. They hold onto your money until you eventually lose it all. Is it really worth risking your hard-earned cash on crooks profiting at your expense?

i been playing with Betrivers for a while,i loss on every deposit,never wins,i loss a lot of money with them trying to see what the game do/have fun with the game,never happens,they scamming me big time,they are fraudulent/scamming,i feel they need to be look into/ investigated on this not right at all,they just taking /taking,you see nothing but bad spins every time,they are not good people to play with,a lot of cheating--but thanks
