Never have I had such a bad gambling experience on online slots in my life!
I must be atleast £500 in this week, no more than £1 spins and genuinely have not hit 1bonus! Seriously stay well away from this site it’s shocking! I’ve had bad runs before but to not hit atleast 1 bonus within 20-30 different games is discusting

Absolutely shockingly. Failed to honour free bet insurance. Took 4 hours on their chat support in a queue until finally got through. Gave me £15 instead of 2 x £20 then refused to discuss further. SCAM AVOID

In response to the standard reply. You had you chance to put it right at the time. Why would I waste another 4 hours waiting to speak to someone in your support chat room? Spoken to 3 others with the same experience you have failed to honour free bet insurance. SCAM

Won £175 on cheltenham on day 1 so I withdrew my original £100 so I was playing with profits. Withdrawal was in my bank instantly. I then won £500 and withdrew it, got an email 2 days later saying it was declined and to contact my bank. My account is fully verified. They’re blaming my bank for the issue which is utter nonsense. Read other reviews that they just refuse to pay you out. Live Chat customer service always has a queue of at least 200 people. Absolutely shambolic company. Use the main bookies only.

Right so I signed up as they were offering bet £10 get £30 in free bets. Plus £20 insurance on your first bet on Cheltenham everyday. Thought that was such a good deal! You know when they say it's too good to be true? Anyways did the offer betted a tenner. Lost it didn't get insurance for it. Only got one free £10 bet! The other two are locked still! Sent them a couple of emails. Came back with some templated ones. They finally sent me one say sorry and its all been sorted. Obviously as I looked at my account all the bets are still locked. So yeah would avoid!

Signed up for the Cheltenham free bet offer, the bets were never credited to my account without me joining the live chat queue of 600 people a day for hours and requesting them. Cut off several times after hours of waiting. Shame as the app was quite good. Customer service and honouring offers needs to improve greatly but you have lost my custom will not use again.

Seriously avoid these bandits. Happy to take tour money when depositing but when you withdraw they don’t want to pay and hide behind KYC. This is despite the KYC being about protecting problem gamblers.

Joined up before Cheltenham because of the free bet offers and £20 a day money back insurance on any Cheltenham race , won first 2 bets cashed out , had a 3rd on second day of Cheltenham but no sign of free bet , can’t contact them as the queues on live chat are 600 people atm.

Please do not touch these robbers, they take your money and don’t let you use it it’s a scam the few little good reviews they have are obviously wrote by people they know please stay away unfortunately I can only give this a one star it’s not even worth that. I hope who ever has my poxy £10 chokes to death on what ever they buy its not the money it’s the principle

signed up simply for tge cgeltenham insurance offer, which i had to chase them to credit me. dave, the poor guy in customer care (which if u do successfully get there) eventually gave it to me as i pleaded my case and reminded them of their terms and conditions. was advised that: 'some free bets were not added automatically...and we have to check some account and give the rewards manually' (actual real life footage of the 'chat'!

You have to provide your passport or driving license to validate your acccount. I didn’t know and placed a £10 bet which I then couldn’t use. Not happy uploaded these and never have had to do it with any other betting accounts. Impossible to get through to customer service. Absolute robbers

I opened bookies accounts for Cheltenham and three were easy to do. Betbull wanted verification, which I sent electonically. I am still no nearer verification with Betbull and Cheltenham is nearly over. Judging by most comments about this company, I count myself lucky not to have had a working account. The ‘awaiting verification’ account I have is now closed but I do not expect anything to happen quickly.

I've read a lot of negative stuff about Betbull and it worried me particularly as I had just made a withdrawal.

I think its fair that I share my experience as its not been too bad.

I signed up two weeks ago and took advantage of the 100% match offer. I deposited £20 and once I'd used the money and bets were settled I received my 4 x £5 free bets which I used on football markets. I had no issues. I've not had any problems with bets not being placed.

On Tuesday I very luckily won £800 at Cheltenham on a lucky 15. I made two withdrawals. £700 and £90. It was at this point I started reading reviews about Betbull and its fair to say they were pretty shocking and it worried me as people were having issues with withdrawals. However, the withdrawals were showing on my bank account as pending within 24 hours and settled within 36 hours.

I think people signing up should make sure their account is verified before they start placing bets as this seems to be the biggest issue. People are trying to withdraw money but haven't yet had their account verified and Betbull are taking the p**s apparently asking for all sorts of documents.

The only let down I saw was the customer services. It takes 3-4 hours to get someone on live chat which is unacceptable. I was told that its not usually this bad and that the customer services team were going through hell right now and even looking this morning the queues are much shorter than they have been.

My advice would be to give it a try but make sure your account is verified before you start betting!!!!

I’ve never really had issues with Betbull and I’m a recurring customer, never won anything to withdraw. I recently I’ve won some bets and it comes to withdrawing the funds and they’ve told be they’ve denied my withdrawal and haven’t credit my funds back immediately, I’ve emailed them regarding the issue about transferring it to a different card- which I will do.
But I’m so annoyed because I want to bet on cheltenham and the withdrawal process has taken days. In future I think you should stick with the larger bookies

I’ve amended this after I emailed and got a response within an hour and they assured that the refund has now been processed quicker due to my email.

A pleasant experience at 1st quick withdrawals till yesterday, I made a withdrawal of £140 and then half hour later a withdrawal of £30. I received the £30 no problem but have not received the £140, this makes no sense as withdrew that out before the £30. Tried contacting support and when at nearly at end of queue, got disconnected by them twice, wasting about 2 hours in total to get disconnected is annoying. I tried foning them but says no agents available and to just leave name. Hopefully I receive the £140 soon, as want a bet on Cheltenham today.

Worst customer service no contact number do not honor their new customer bonuses, avoid!

I have been trying to contact betbull for 2 days. The online chat is a massive queue, which then shuts down on you after you have been waiting to talk to people. Same problem as others. Not received my cheltenham free bets i have signed up for. Waiting to see if I have a reply by email this morning. Also had a non runner yesterday and haven't received my stake back. A

Like a lot of others messaging here, I didn't receive my free bets for losing the first race at Cheltenham. They boast about having 24/7 chat support that never sleeps, however I've tried to get in touch several times over the last 2 days and their queues to talk to someone must take hours. I'm in one now and have been since 7:30am. At the time of writing this I'm 49th in the queue. Gonna be grey and old by the time I've actually spoken to someone.

I joined for the Cheltenham offer like everyone else. The signup offer didn't exactly match the terms of the bonus.

Horse Racing isn't available on the website, you are forced to download the app. It's probably the idea of some clown in the marketing team. Gives a bad image of the company in my view.

When you do have the app, there are popups in the app where you press Next. Although when you press Next nothing happens and you are stuck! This is just bad development, and lack of testing.

Then when you do finally manage to get rid of the annoying popup windows and go to Cheltenham, the page ends up in some strange auto refresh which eventually crashes the app.

Spent over an hour trying to place a bet and failed. Other bookmakers bent over backwards to take your money, while these people make it impossible.

Emailed the support team several times, but no-one will ever reply. So the reply from BetBull saying to email support at betbull.com is more like no-support at bullsh*t.com

Eventually used me bet on sports, won a few quid, and cashed out. Won't ever be using this again, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
