No refund after they've closed and i've sent my information through multiple times to get a refund. The standard support email is now being ignored, you don't even get an automated ticket number which shows they've just switched it off and are no longer monitoring it. They've stolen hundreds from me, and i'm sure they've done the same to many others.

Almost £100 owed to me from betbull after they have closed and it looks like I'm never going to receive it. Absolute disgrace! I have provided via email all the info required to make the bank transaction and chased on many occasions but still nothing.

Like everyone else.....where is my refund Betbull? I'm not in the hole a huge amount but I expected my refund by now!

Same as everyone else, they have taken over £400 of my money. I've provided everything they need to repay and now they just ignore all my emails to customer support and there is no live chat available

Was notified that Betbull were soon to cease trading and that I needed to withdraw my account balance. Tried on the website without success (there appeared to be some sort of glitch) so requested a manual withdrawal. Sent all the bank details, scanned copies of proof of ID that they required but have not received payment nor had any further communication from them since June 30th. They have so far ignored all subsequent emails. Had a bad feeling about this from the outset, given the nature and reputation of these kinds of companies!

They have stole over 300pounds. Sent all my details and ignoring all my emails. Im using resolver and the ombudsman next and will be taking them to court

They asked me to email photo ID and bank details so they could pay out the balance from my account. I sent them the info they required 2 weeks ago. Still no payment and no answer to my emails. Beware.
Update….they eventually paid out 4 weeks later…better late than never… : )

I had money in my account, tried to withdraw but they wanted my bank details and bank statements etc. Sent all that was asked. That was over 3 weeks ago and still haven’t had the money transferred with no reason why. I now can’t get in contact with them, they won’t respond to emails or chat etc. They have basically stole money from me.

Got email sayin I have to withdraw funds but need other bank details which I gave as they cant use them without the last 3 digits incase was a scam still not received any funds thinkin it maybe a scam now so reporting them

I have been e mailed saying I have money in my account but they need all my details again plus bank details ID etc before they can pay. Is this a scam or genuine, no way of speaking to them.

The company is closing down. Trying to withdraw my money. It says I need to add my card details but does not allow me to.
Can someone resolve this asap?

I have been waiting 2 months for clarity on some voided winning bets. Contacted them 5/6 times that week for answer possibly more. Shock horror no response. Have contacted them again this week, put in complaints to both the support & the complaint emails & still no reply. Still awaiting a reply which looking at other reviews probably won't be forth coming so imagine I will need to go through resolver or the gambling commission. Very disappointing all round. Quick to take your money but not to payout it seems

Contacted them after their reply & same old same old. No update over 2 months down the line, seems to be the same copy & paste excuses from the advisors...its just embarrassing!

Even better now, no resolution to my query still & they close on 03/07. So doesn't look like my query will be resolved. Literal madness

I use to enjoy the app, but the changes to the app are rubbish, top bulls rating removed and can’t see history of bets from players, why change a winning site to something garbage

Joined yesterday night, played £300 from start for few hours up and down , Narcos bonuses was great at £12 bet in total won 7k went down to 6 and paid 5.5 out let's see how fast is withdrawal,

Overall very happy with the qith the odds

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. complete con artist… have settled my bets at total loses which they are not… emailed them everyday only to be told that it’s with a specialist settlement team.. two weeks later they are not even replying to me any more.. there’s no point putting a complaint in because it goes to the same ppl that are ignoring me.. now have the gambling commission and gaming and gambling council involved… put your money somewhere else cos even when u win with these you don’t actually…..

Update.. after multiple complaints and bad reviews Iv been paid out.. they said it was a technical issue.. I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt on this one..

Going to try and withdraw now.. let’s see what problems we face with that…

Withdrawal took less than 20 mins to show in my bank.. why they would let there customer team take so long to resolve this is beyond me.. especially when it results in bad reviews and feed back..

This is the best site I have used and I've used them all. I only bet on horses with very competitive rates and extremely fast withdrawal service. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone. Thanks Betbull Garydanielmc

I'm a reasonably new Betbull customer and have had no problems so far. I have just recently put in a withdrawal request this evening and here's hoping I have no problems!

I made a complaint regarding being penalised for a BetBull mistake. Eventually they saw my point of view but then penalised me further.
The `Manager` that provided a final response to my complaint came across very aggressive . This individual saw it fit to reply by way of capital letters and underlined sentences.
The final straw is that he goaded me into contacting IBAS.
CONSIDER IT DONE MR MANAGER!

I still haven't received my withdrawal and its been 6 days. I've spoken to them via live chat every day for 5 days straight and I get the dame answer every time "the finance department will get back to you"
They have now suspended my account because of safer gambling checks and social responsibility. This site is an embarrassment stay well clear of them

I received an intentionally Misleading 'offer' of a £15 free bet if I bet £30 only to find that the first bet and the free bet had to settle within 24 hours which is nearly impossible when both had to be accas.
No live support on their website and a very condescending attitude when I complained via email.
Stay away!
