BEWARE !!
These cowboys refuse to allow you to delete your debit card details , even when closing the account ..
when you complain they quote GRDP and their own T’s and C’s and say they can keep your details for minimum FIVE YEARS , more if THEY want to ..
Their customer care (or total lack of) is appalling , they don’t care that you have concerns regarding your debit card details potential exposure to compromise..
I won’t be re-opening the account and advise others not to use them

Yes I tried to up my stake’s from £10 to 20 that was on the 7th of April
for wanting to spend more of my own money I got banned for 7 days
till the 14 April
I tried to complain 1st to a robot
then to somebody who really didn’t care less
why you can’t speak to somebody direct is baffling
anyway I tried to put a bet on 2 days later 16 April told I can’t till 21st
I’ve been a customer for 15 years

Gave me £30.00 in free bets but couldn't use them , I complained through a very awkward chat line and then froze my account.
They should have a phone line, could of been sorted in minutes, gave up spending too much time getting no answers.
I have deleted everything off my phone and will have no more to do with them.

Im just a casual user normally bet a few times a year on things like Grand National. Went to use my account but they'd admin fee'd my account down to zero and then closed it.
Customer services just said they'd made the decision to close the account and that was it.
Overall, poor experience. Avoid if I were you or make sure you withdraw your funds after each bet

I feel completely misled by bet365. I placed the required £20 bet because of their advertised £10 free bet offer, but the free bet was never credited. In my opinion, this is false marketing and feels like scamming customers into placing bets under misleading promotions.

A company of this size should not advertise offers that it does not honour properly. This kind of behaviour destroys trust and leaves customers feeling cheated. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend bet365 based on the way this was handled.

Worst customer care system I have come across. Trying to withdraw my funds, but bet365 have blocked access. Tried contacting them and was told the money was on its way, followed by “can i help you with anything else”. I started replying immediately then straight away the service representative “Max W” had ended the chat with no option to complain, review or ask any other questions. Still no money arrived in my account or explanation why I can’t access my funds.

Casino games are just theft. Not regulated RTP allows these corrupt companies basically steal.

I bet on a match that they would win 2-0, £100. I had a total win of 3400. In the 100th minute I had the option to cash out £2700. I cashed out for my safety. The money went to my bet365. I had a total of £3000. I played another match and won £400. I tried to withdraw £2500 to my card and I was left with £800 in my bet365 account. After a few minutes, only £715 came to my bank card. The bet365 account was empty too. I have screenshots and evidence. But I can't do anything. Can someone help me how to get my money back?Thank you , i try to speak with them on live chat . They answer 4,5 times and after that they don t want to answer me anymore .

Absolutely useless at getting a connection in certain parts of my gym so can't av a bet🤷‍♂️🤡also won some coins on some free competition they do but wouldn't pay out,when i queried it asked me for all sorts of irrelevant things so just told them to stick there free comps in future.

No free bets or promotions! Even though I'm not a big winner, like most on it I would guess.
Log in of phone app and balance doesn't show and have to log in again, nearly every time! Considering how much the owner pays herself, it's very very poor!
Plenty of other betting sites out there that are much better..your loss for treating your customers like cattle and just caring about your fat bonuses. Greed at its finest.

Login wouldn't accept my correct details and when I tried to reset my password it suddenly allowed me to deposit but after I deposited it seemed to log me out so now I can't Login and place a bet nor withdraw my balance. In recent days this site has become intolerable 👎👎👎👎👎
