We were very happy with their cleaning, they came on time and they informed us about prepearing our own cleaning materials since they find everything at home and also informed us to take away our own stuff so that they could do their job very well. They provided a perfect service. Excellent!
On the positive side, I could actually see the difference in a couple of places in the house, where it looked much cleaner after their work.
But I was disappointed that they came for the job without any equipment at all (not even their own gloves), and just used whatever we had. I don't know if this is how other cleaners work, but I would at least expect them to tell me beforehand if they need us to have some cleaning equipment.
My wife & I were also quite annoyed by their careless manner of work. They just started to use anything they could find as washcloths without asking us. They damaged a lampshade and mishandled laptops & tablets. If they were just a bit more patient, we could help them and move things out of their way, but that's not how they seem to work.
