Sold me fake frontline plus flea treatment that almost killed my cats

I placed an order for flea treatment frontline plus for cats, received the 2 boxes ordered but when trying to open the film to get the pipette out, this would not peel off. I had to cut them out. I put the solution on my cat who is white and the liquid was yellow in colour. It also had a chemical smell which on checking Google, all these three things are a sign of a counterfeit product. I have had the flea drop batch number checked by frontline and they have confirmed they are fake. My cat has scratched so much causing bleeding and also vomited but thankful now after a week, appears okay. I have requested a refund and I have been asked to send photographs and the counterfeit proof which I have forwarded. I have heard nothing since, no refund and no reply to a further email. Reported to the VMD and I will also be reporting to the police. Do not buy any products from this company unless you want sick animals. Bought on 22nd February but only used at the beginning of April.

If I could leave absolutely ZERO stars for BestPet.co.uk - this would be a more accurate grade.
BestPet.co.uk appears to knowingly sell DAMAGED GOODS at full market retail price.
I purchased a Feliway classic multi-pack product, something I have used for many years and purchased from different pet care suppliers as a regular Feliway user. On opening the multipack I noticed the following -

1. A bottle had leaked inside the box, the protective cap was not secure and the inside of the box was damaged with leaking product. So essentially a damaged bottle with one quarter of the product missing. The label on the bottle was damaged and poorly applied.

2. A second bottle had a poorly applied cap fitted, the mechanism inside the bottle - the diffuser part appeared crooked and poorly positioned inside, which will undoubtedly impact on the diffuser function. Is this a safe plug in product? On referring to Feliway customer advice sheet (missing from this particular box!) it clearly states to inspect the item for any damage PRIOR to use.

So essentially two very damaged bottles out of a multipack of three. No customer leaflet inside - but as a regular user of this product I had a leaflet from an old pack purchased from ZooPlus.

I am now left out of pocket and wondering, if this is a legitimate Feliway product?

Do not buy this poor product!! I have fed hedgehogs regularly for the past seven years but they do not ever eat Su-Bridge pellets! I emailed Su-Bridge regarding this but had a non-response from them (I later had a good response from Kirsty). Buy Spike's Dinner or another product. Postscript: I have heard from Su-Bridge (BestPet) again and they have prepared a selection of other products (for me to try out on the hedgehogs) which they will send me. This is a far more positive response. Many thanks

I never received my products, they send a tracking number that doesn't exist

It was not that I was not happy with the product.
It too 48 days to arrive, I purchased a similar item on ebay and it arrived in 6 days.
All I wanted back was $17 for the other product I purchased, all they could offer is you can pay to send it back then they'll refund.
Already out a pocked a joke!!

Watch out for boxes covered in pigeon droppings and don't buy millet in 15kg boxes which will invariably be underweight and poor quality... try to call them and get no answer - try to email and you might get a response.. try and get a pick up of shoddy goods and you will be waiting weeks.. gone elsewhere

Web site good used it for many years now, never had any problems with delivery of goods when I lived on the mainland. Since moving to Guernsey I still like to use Best Pet but the delivery of goods is terrible, the box is always broken and my goods end up exposed and falling out, I do not know if this is due to how they are packed in the warehouse or the carriers fault, I am getting fed up with this and have seriously thought about going elsewhere for the reasons mentioned.

ticks all the right boxes, pets are happy so I'm happy. delivered when it should have been and well packaged. many thanks and recommended to all.

The items ordered arrived promptly and they were the correct items. The price paid seemed very reasonable.

Like most online companies they offer unsustainable low prices whilst putting established shops out of business .
I genuinely feel sorry for customers who have lost money now they have gone into receivership.

Well... used BestPet for several years and then it was changed to MedicAnimal. Since then nothing but hassle. Can't get on the website, have tried to email but to no avail as no reply whatsoever. BestPet, aka MedicAnimal now, are holding a prescription that I need to get hold of some medicine for my elderly dog and am unable to order! I think MedicAnimal could be a fraudulent website so I would avoid at all costs. Weirdly enough, after having used MedicAnimal (or tried to as the item I had ordered was out of stock until September 2015 but I was never told until I contacted to enquire as to the whereabouts of my order), my bank account was hacked into. Enough said.

This is the second time I've bought dogfood using BestPet and once again they haven't disappointed me. My goods arrived within three days and even though I was out at the time, the package was left in my secure place with no problem.

The initial order process was easy and also repeat prescription great.
But recently I have been unable to access the website to order my next prescription. It's been over a week now and I'm still unable to get online. Not acceptable. My dog is desperate for his medicine and if I can't order it I will have no alternative but to go somewhere else.

I would recommend BestPet to anyone. Their prices are good and the delivery is quick and easy.

I always use BestPet for vet prescriptions. It's far cheaper than buying directly from the vet. After entering some details on-line and posting the prescription the goods are dispatched very quickly. I did try to email the prescription but after a couple of failed attempts reverted to posting it. I could have contacted customer services but decided not too on this occasion, if it fails next time I shall investigate further.

Ordered cat food from BestPet as their prices were by far the best I found. The whole service from start to finish was professional and efficient. I was sent emails updating me on the delivery status of my order, and my delivery arrived promptly on the date promised. Will definitely order from them again.
