I bought the T100 before winter last year, I got everything set up and this season my experience has been fantastic, my lawn work time has been reduced to less than an hour a week (weedeating and minor edging) what used to be a huge chore to accomplish at least once a week is now a pleasant job of maintaining jeeves once a month with the super simple maintenance requirements. Been telling all my friends they need to buy one!

The salesman was great, the service was great and they mailed my order out the same day, the mowers are great amd super easy to construct your maps, I have 2.82 acres and electric fence dividing that up for my dogs to have different areas to do their thing through out the year, anyways as if right now I have 6 maps on 1 mower and 3 larger maps on the other mower, I get wifi coverage to the mowers throughout the whole property. It gets weak at spots on the fence line but it doesn't disappear, I have had these 2 for about 5 weeks now, they both run everyday because I set my maps up where they all have the cross cut, so a couple of the larger maps need about 28 to 30 hours to mow that section with it being set to cross cut and I put the speed on slow so it doesn't miss anything, price was absolutely where I needed it to be, especially considering I have 3 full acres of coverage between the 2 mowers where the mower I was looking at cost 4400 bucks and it handled right at 2.5 acres, but it got discontinued anyways, my point is I didn't spend close to that on these 2 robot mowers that give me 3 acres of coverage, and a full 2 year warranty for everything including blades, most companies will not even try to touch consumable items, BestMow gave me about 4 years worth of blades and told me let them know when I need more because its covered for 2 years, I know I went kind of long here but im telling you this mower got me excited after seeing it perform and most importantly with them easy mapping and obstacle avoidance mapping these 2 mowers have given me the most precious thing any human can get, yep you guessed it, TIME, damn things gave me back about 7 to 8 hours of my weekend every weekend the minute I took them out of the box, based on 40 weeks in season that I meed to mow thats 320 hours a year put back into my time account, and really more than that because now I can work the string trimmer while bestmow does the grass cutting, so instead of having to compound that time after mowing I can do it at the same time which buys me another 2 to 3 hours a weekend, possible 11 hours to turn back by 40 weeks is 440 hours a year back into my ultimate control instead of rain and grass height having the control, what price can you put on 440 weekend hours in a year? At minimum wage thats like 3 grand, if I go by my rate at work thats over 20 grand earned in 440 hours for a year, easy decision when compared to my total cost here. Im thinking of buying a third just for a spare. Highly recommend this mower

First- top notch customer service. Before, during and after purchase. 2nd., the mower is top notch. You get the best bang for your buck with BESTMOW. Up to 1.5 acres, 1-4” cut, can handle slopes, does a good job with unsticking itself if it gets stuck, software is constantly being updated to increase performance of mower, wireless easy setup. You can’t go wrong. Just buy directly from company and not from prior owners to avoid installation issues.

This is a great mower
I am floored how well this mower does. Set up was easy. I had it unboxed and mowing in under an hour. It’s also quite the conversation starter with people who see it. I like that it can cut the yard in horizontal or vertical lines. I can also do a criss cross pattern, but I haven’t tried that. Customer service is also quick to respond and very helpful. I have nothing negative to say about Best Mow.
Great Mower, Even Better Company
I've been running my BESTMOW for over a year now, and it continues to impress. The support team is responsive, the service has been excellent, and they're consistently rolling out updates — you can tell this is a company that's actively invested in improving their product.
As for the mower itself? It's a tank. I've been pushing mine well beyond its rated acreage, and it just keeps getting the job done without complaint. For the size of my property, it has no business performing as well as it does — but here we are.

Have 2 already, want another because I’m actually impressed
I waited almost a year before writing this because I wanted real-world experience, not a first impression. After running these mowers through 100°+ summer heat, sandy soil, rough terrain, and even 11 inches of snow, I can honestly say I’m impressed.
When I first unboxed it, I was skeptical — it looked like a large RC car, and I have two acres to mow. Setup was straightforward. The RTK base install was simple, power cord was plenty long, and mapping was easy to learn.
My property has sugar sand and bare spots (working on Bermuda), so the original wheels struggled with traction. On established grass, it was flawless. The second-gen spiked wheels made a huge difference in sand. I now run two units 24/7 to stay ahead of stickers and weeds, and aside from occasional weed eating around my ground-mount solar arrays (I created no-go zones where it loses signal), it’s basically hands-free.
One thing to know: in extreme heat (100°+), the mower goes into a fail-safe mode. It will leave the charger at 100%, drop voltage, turn around, and head back to the dock. You can pause it manually or just let it manage itself. Once the sun goes down — or the next morning if you use scheduled mowing — it resumes normally. I haven’t tested it yet this year, so there may have been updates, but that was my experience last summer.
Support has been responsive. I did have an issue with fine sand getting into the front wheels and triggering a “lifted” error, but replacement wheels and lubrication solved it. Now it runs reliably.
A tip: map your boundary as close as possible to fences and structures from the beginning — it’s easier to add a no-go zone later than remap everything. AI works great during the day. Night performance isn’t as strong in my experience. If it detects a collision, you’ll need to manually unlock it.
Battery life averages 4–5 hours before auto-charging. I did have one odd offline event, but after updating it resolved and hasn’t happened again.
Overall, after heavy, real-world use in tough conditions, it’s been a solid investment. Once dialed in, it truly becomes “set it and forget it.”
I typed for close to a hour on this rambling on about my experience, English was my worst grades in school, and then had ai proof read it for me so above this was the result of that. I honestly can say I have looked into becoming a partner with them to try and sell these on the side but many of my co workers, as intrigued as they are, still on the fence about giving it a try. I had one person actually interested and I brought a unit to their house (you can run them anywhere from your phone in manual mode but need WiFi to set up base and let it auto pilot) concurred their terrain so definitely got them interested but I don’t believe it will work with the tree coverage they have and there’s not a good place to put the rtk high enough to actually get a signal so they’re looking into other, more expensive options. If you don’t have overhead obstructions and can mount the base on top of a building or way away from house in middle of the yard this mower will work perfect to maintain the yard. It struggles to very tall grass, I definitely tried some 1 foot tall just to see what would happen and the tall blades actually got wrapped up in between whelks and housing causing it to lock up so don’t expect it to mow overgrown but will definitely maintain great. The only other thing I forgot to mention because I do mow so fast, when it goes into very thick grass starts to bog down it will actually slow itself down so it gets a better cut. Doesn’t reverse to get the first spot when blades started to drag but again I’m mowing so frequently the next pass it takes it no problem. When I was originally mowing at recommended speed I never noticed that feature and it was also never a problem but especially where my lateral lines are on sewer is very dense grass and grows quicker than the rest of the yard is where it mainly happens I’ve never seen it anywhere else except some weed I don’t know it’s proper name but very dense. I wish I could add photos to show exactly what I’m talking about but if you’ve made it this far and still on the fence, try the 30 day risk free that’s what I did obviously I didn’t return it so unsure how that process would actually work but I assume they would just send you a shipping label and just return it that’s likely where the refurbished units come from that are much cheaper. I’m going to purchase one of those units this year so I don’t have to deal with the dog fence zone I could just have one for each area because they both run from 1 rtk base so I would just need one more charging dock and mower but then I’ll need one more account to monitor but worth it especially when we travel during the summer I have had to knock down inside fence before since we were gone over a week and it was so tall. Absolutely love the Bestmow T-100
Absolutely love the Bestmow T-100. It was relatively easy to setup and mowed perfectly on its first run! I also want to commend the first class customer support both online and by phone. The battery on this mower is much stronger and lasts longer than the batteries I had in my electric mower I was using before the T-100.
The customer support team has been very responsive, same day and provided very helpful information to help me get the most out of my mower. If you are considering a robotic mower, this is the one for you!
A Great Upgrade
I have previously owned a smalled, wire-bounded mower that "bounced around" the boundary to (eventually) cut my lawn reasonably well. When we upgraded to a yard 4x larger, we needed something easier to set up and a little more independent. We bought a Bestmow T100 at Christmas, and we are quite pleased with our choice. Set-up was simple and quick (the mower was mowing in less than 60 minutes of set-up), the more-structured cutting patterns look better in the yard, and the mower itself is of great quality. Looking forward to years of great service from this excellent product!

My experience has been great and I have another just like it to compare it to. I purchased another mower and sent it back. So I am pleased with this purchase and the support. I purchased the bestmow based on reviews and it's abilities and most of all its user friendly advertisement. Im very happy to say that I worked through some frustration as it began like the other mower where I was not finding the things in the app however after an update it was good to go then I had a great support person who did a video chat and he was there to bounce all my questions off. The following day I was able to co tinue mapping and mowing to complete the whole yard. Gosh all I had to do was weedeat a bit. I mapped all and then did a clean and set it up for the winter. Im a diyer and good on computers but never had a robotic experience with a toy or anything. Supprt was very helpful but teally its not hard after i did the update. Im 67, I like doing the yard but the south Texas heat takes alot out of me. I literally had a helper in the yard with me, while bestmow mowed I did the weedeating. The mower also trims the edges after it mow. I love the fact of a 4inch height cut. I don't cut my grass shorter again because it's south Texas. This mower I'm told by support comes with 2 year warranty that replaces parts that fail. I also received a discount for Xmas clearance sale. Support is there and there are subscriptions too. I need to look at those but I can highly recommend this mower and the support. I want to keep my yard in good shape and me and my little friend will do a good job.
I honestly love this mower
I honestly love this mower. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and takes cutting the grass completely off my plate. I have it set on a schedule and it just does its thing.. I don’t lift a finger anymore.
The only manual work I still do is edging, and I’ll gladly take an hour of edging over spending 4+ hours mowing the entire yard. Huge time saver and totally worth it for the convenience alone.

Great product and support!
George Jetson left his mower at my house! This thing actually works and it works well! The only difficult thing about this mower is finding the right placement for the antenna! 📡 Everything else is easy, the app and in app menus are super easy and user friendly. Can't wait to use again but grass grows slowly lol! All in all great product, and yes we would buy it again, and we are ordering another one as an awesome Christmas present for our 74 year old Mom! If you're looking for an automatic mower, this is it...this is the #1 purchase we made in 2025!

I was hesitant with them being a relatively new company without a lot of reviews, but one of my friends bought a Bestmow mower and he had a good experience, so he convinced me to buy one as well. It’s been great so far. The mower takes care of my large yard without any issues, and it saves me a lot of time. I’ve had to call customer service to figure out how to get things set up, and they were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the mower.
