This was my second order for a collar. We purchased the Captain America collar. And it is BEAUTIFUL. The craftmanship out does every other collar I have seen. I love how handsome my boy looks in it and he gets lots of compliments. We went back online and ordered a harness. I can't wait to see it!

I ordered on 2/13 and my order has not arrived. When I asked for follow up since my order never left the location of origin, I was told to contact US Mail myself. Then Bestia promptly emailed me this survey. When Bestia is telling a customer to provide their own customer service, it seems like a strange time to ask for a review but I oblige!

Maybe atleast offer the belt as a order on demand? As I've spent alot of money with you would be a nice option for repeating customers.

Got sent a damaged product. Company told me it looked fine to them when leather was clearly damaged and wrinkled. Customer service was no help. Made ME pay for return shipping. Horrible customer service I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone
