I've been ordering the 350 x 250 x 50mm brown paper parcel envelopes for years now and they've always been the sturdy 120gsm as promised in the product description. This time, they've significantly reduced the quality to a flimsy 90gsm (same as a sample from elsewhere) yet have kept the price and product description the same (stating 120gsm). I expressed my disappointment with this and they said they didn't know it had changed which is simply not true, or worrying that they have no idea what their manufacturers are supplying them with and reducing the quality. In search of a new supplier who aren't cutting corners and being dishonest. Disappointing.

Easy wrap around cardboard envelope. Perfect for packaging and posting my new book out At minimum cost. Fits through the letterbox and protects the contents well. It looks good and allows me to put multiple books in the same envelope as it’s pliable. Plus It’s environmentally friendly and cost effective. Thanks for a fast well packaged delivery. Will use this site again 👍
