We cannot get back the money for unfulfilled orders. This company is neither delivering the goods, not returning the payments!! For 2 months already. We have to go to court!! DO NOT ORDER and do not pay on this website.

Great high quality products. Slight delay on delivery - but as it was near to Christmas and not to mention BREXIT this was understandable. A very good and reliable option and always available with answers to queries.

Total Shambles
Total Shambles.
Ordered 300 envelopes to be printed with business logo on 25 November and the invoice comes with a promise of delivery within 13 working days from receiving files. When I followed up after 10 working days to check progress of the order Customer Services send me a DPD tracking number for a package going to Netherlands (the raw envelopes being shipped to them). I realise that after 10 working days my order has not even been printed and when I try to investigate this with customer services I receive the following replies:
'it is really hard to tell this year, about the delivery time, because everybody is buying online, so it’s quite much,"and 'I’m still searching for it. There are so many orders, I hope that I can find it.'
It seem ridiculous that an envelope company would not account for increased online orders around Christmas. Also why call a company Bestbuyenvelopes.uk when all operations take place in the Netherlands? I have asked that the envelopes are just sent straight to our business unprinted and for the printing to be refunded but so far the envelopes cannot be found. Would not use again.
