I got a notification that the warranty on my HP laptop had expired. And offered me the opportunity to extend it. At the price it cost I thought it was worth it. The process was very simple and easy to do. I’m covered again.
Nothing, how can I rate something that I haven't used.
All I have done is pay you to extend my warranty.

Helpful staff had had printer for 9 years so good product. Replaced with another. Worker spent 2 hours trying to ascertain problem said he'd call back in an hour and did so. Excellent service.

My HP Envy laptop failed when one of the hinges seized and broke through the screen. HP refused to accept warranty repair because they claimed it was 'accidental damage'. Eventually paid £380 for them to repair. The repair was passed to an HP partner, Best2serve. That was 3 days ago and I'm still waiting to hear when they are going to collect the laptop. Sent a message and tried to call but after waiting 35m no one answered. When you try to contact them it is not clear whether you are dealing with HP or the repair company. So not sure which is worst, HP or Best2serve - perhaps best to avoid both. Responses by Best2serve to Trustpilot reviews are frequently identical - so just cut and paste or maybe AI generated. As fare as HP are concerned their main competitors (L****o) will get my trade in future. Seem to be more reliable and lower cost.

I have only had this for a couple of weeks so cannot comment. Seen some bad comments from other people on the internet so I am sceptical if anything goes wrong. Little bit expensive as well

Very helpful and patient talked me through the process of identifying the fault and resolved the issue by arranging for new cartridge's to be delivered mine having dried up
Could do more by have a 24hour help in the uk as we pay for it, you need to update the website as it was very hard to find the phone number that does not work as it is the wrong number for the uk

Very helpful as I like to keep my computer covered. I was able to understand this person ok. But have to often put the phone down because the agents do not speak good English

I’d give -5 (MINUS) stars if I could. I paid for the warranty, made 8 follow-up phone calls, and wasted hours on pointless laptop software updates—when the issue was clearly hardware, NOT software. I even identified the cause myself at another computer repair shop, but that didn’t help either. Avoid this company at all costs. Nothing but a scam. A consultant calling from South Africa won’t solve your problem. I live in Sweden.

Was lead to the link to pay for support from the printer support, which is totally ok.
However the support team could not help with support for a Samsung printer.
Was a bit frustrating that the website took to the support site and I paid for support but couldn't be helped and they couldn't offer me a refund.
But the lady called me, was really helpful.

This is the extended warranty I bought with my new laptop. I rather hope I won't need any repairs or to return anything but it gives me peace of mind.
Nightmare to get though to. Had an issue with my pc could not speak to a human. WhatsApp was a waste of time too can’t believe that I had the pleasure of paying for a service and not being able to contact anyone. Would like a refund but the chances are slim given not being able to get in touch with anyone.

I would have given 5 stars except I called HP support and was redirected to B2S and then spent time verifying it was not a scam. Once both HP and B2S had done so the collection, service and return was simple and seamless.
