From the moment I sent payment this experience turned into a nightmare. I was sold on luxury and European quality by Ben the Owner and the reality was anything but. I order 4 bucket seats, centre console, two Bench and a canvas hood and the only item that is usable is the centre console. Despite repeated attempts by myself and the speciality rovers shop leading the rebuild to Ben/the owner to make the situation right he has gone silent. The only information I have received is an admission that he no longer out sources to the cheap Indonesian supplier he used for my order. Buyer beware

Very disappointed with our experience with Bespoke.
We bought two sets of seats and two softops for Land series. Notwithstanding the fact that it tooks 3 months to receive the order, nothing matches what we ordered. The only answer is "I will contact the manufacturer"!
I specify that nothing happens in Denmark. Everything comes from Jakarta and was sent from France. To flee!!

Ben is helpful and replies very quickly. The products are good quality. I’m really happy with the cubby box and the Land Rover metal badge.

Ben is very helpful, calls mail messages, always answers. If it can save you money, he is the first to suggest it. I bought a complete set of seats 2 + 3 + benches for land rover series 3 station wagon, very very nice.
I’m already thinking to second set for short wheel base.

Just received my bespoke series grill from the guys over at bespoke series in denmark. Really impressed with the quality of the grill as well as the whole buying process. As I’m based in New York buying from overseas can sometimes have problems but Benjamin and the team have been just amazing. Will definitely buy again

An initial error generated some obscenely high shipping cost but Benjamin contacted me and was able to help me set that all straight. Since then I have had constant communication with Bespoke Series regarding the status of my order. Their products are great quality and add something special to anyones Land Rover. I’m looking forward to buying more from them in the future.
