Bespoke Landscape Designs Reviews 

We have had artificial grass for about 4 and a half years and over time/bad weather it was looking a bit flat. In the past we have used brushes to fluff it back up but never had major or lasting results. I seen a Facebook ad for the Astro cleaner hire with bespoke and the reviews were good. We booked in and I could not believe the incredible results we had. Our Astro literally looks brand new now. The machine was easy to use and lifted so much dirt out of grass that we didn’t even realise was there! The communication and service from the company was very good and the price for the hire was brilliant, we will definitely be doing this at some point again. Thank you so much!

Great service, the guys fixed my fence within a few days of calling. Would use Bespoke Landscapes again and have recommended to my neighbours.

Following the recent storms we needed someone to repair our fence. We sent a message on Facebook and received a message almost straight away saying they would be out that day to look at the damage & provide a quote.
We were provided a reasonable quote & timescale which they stuck to & completed the work well.
We have since asked for quotes for further fencing & decking work.

From the very first contact we were impressed. Marc was friendly, respectful, informative, very helpful and an all round nice guy. When it came time to do the work we were very happy with how friendly and tidy the team were, how approachable and professional they were, both in dealing with us and tidying up after themselves. We will definitely be using Bespoke again and recommend them to everyone. It's so refreshing to find a company who pride themselves on quality workmanship and aren't out to rip you off.

Did good job on time reasonably priced work of high calibre

When I contacted the company theyresponded quickly and professionally. The work I required was not a big job, never the less they arrived within the day, made an assessment, gave me a quote and carried out the work in the timescale agreed. The workers new their business and " put in a shift" in cold miserable weather and finished as promised. I will recommend to family and friends.

My fence blew down during our last storm, I called Mark and his team, they came out the next day and gave us our quote, fence was started the next day. Mark and his team were approachable, friendly and professional at all times. Fence was finished promptly and secure which ment we could let our pup out in the garden.

I would definitely recommend Bespoke landscape designs to anyone needing their garden landscaped or fencing done. I will definitely be using there service again in the future.

Good guys who know what they are doing and nice to see them clean up afterwards which is a nice touch.

Contacted the guys first thing after Storm on Sunday night. Came out by 11am. Monday morning and quote by Monday night. Work started Wednesday (posts cemented) full job completed by following Monday. Excellent service and communication highly recommend. Thanks again guys KDaly

Fantastic customer service. A really great job replacing fence posts, securing them and fixing our fences. Really pleasant guys, professional job and value for money. Can highly recommend!

Following some storm damage, I got in contact with Bespoke and they managed to come out the same day to assess the damage.
The team were fantastic, open and honest about what can be repaired and what would be a replacement.
They managed to fit in the repairs within a couple of days and completed to a really high standard.
Great rates for the work and will be using them again in future.

After the two recent storms our garden fence was ripped from the posts. Contacted Bespoke and they came out looked at the damaged. They were honest and said it was just new posts to reinforce the fence needed. Great job done great workmanship Great price and will definitely be using them again.

I engaged Cambus Fencing & Landscaping Ltd (as previously called now changed to) Bespoke Landscape Designs Ltd for a landscaping project and unfortunately had an extremely negative experience. Despite paying a substantial deposit of thousands of pounds upfront, the promised work was never initiated.

Communication was sparse, and when attempts were made to address the lack of progress, there was a noticeable evasion of responsibility. The lack of transparency and failure to fulfill contractual obligations is deeply concerning.

Moreover, despite my efforts to seek a resolution, there has been no indication of an intention to return the deposit. This has left me frustrated and disappointed with Bespoke Landscape Designs or Cambus Fencing & Landscaping Ltd (which was their previous trading name) unprofessional conduct.

I strongly advise caution to anyone considering their services. My hope is that sharing this experience will prevent others from facing similar issues with this landscaper.

Please think twice before engaging with this company. My attempt to resolve this matter amicably has been unsuccessful, and I am left with both a financial loss and an uncompleted project, right before Christmas.
