I have been in contact with you numerous times about the chip in the porcelain tile which still has not been repaired last email correspondence was February 2026 about rectifying issue which was noted as when next in area will attend to carry out repair baring in mind your yard is less than a mile from the property . 7 months on with no further contact all payments for job have been made and no reply to email and told do not go near office . Shocking way to treat a client and not fully complete or as use call it a handover on job completion with me ££££ out of pocket and asking for a chipped tile to be repaired but they have your money and have no interest at all coming back to fix any issues afterwards
If I could leave 0 stars I would and warn others to be wary before handing over payments until completely satisfied .

We couldn't be happier with the landscaping that Marc and the team did for us. Marc seemed to understand what we were looking for better than we did, and we really felt we could trust his vision and high standards. When the work started, nothing was a problem for the team, and they happily went the extra mile just to make sure the job would be done and done right. We cannot recommend their professionalism and high quality of standard enough.

From initial visit, to survey and to discuss what we were looking for out of project. Nothing was too much trouble for Marc and the team. Even with all the issues they faced from vans, to companies not delivering on time agreed with them. Everything was communicated and explained. Everything we asked for was delivered and on budget aswell. Can't fault the final results. Would definitely recommend Marc and the team if your looking anything landscaping wise. Pictures below don't do the final results justice.

They completely transformed our garden by building a stunning pergola, beautiful decking, and sleeper beds which already made the space look incredible. The workmanship, attention to detail, and pride they take in their work is second to none.

We were so impressed that we asked Marc and his team to come back and install Astro grass, and it has absolutely finished the garden off perfectly – it looks amazing!

Marc and his team are professional, reliable, hardworking, and clearly experts at what they do. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was completed to the highest standard.

Our garden has been totally transformed and we couldn’t be happier. I honestly can’t recommend Bespoke Landscaping highly enough – if you’re thinking about getting your garden done, these are the team you want. Thank you again Marc and the team!

Bespoke Landscape Gardens recently laid astro grass in my back garden and the results are incredible. The standard of work was extremely high, everything was finished with precision, and you can tell they really care about what they do. They even went the extra mile without being asked, which says everything about their professionalism and pride in their craft.

Highly professional, reliable and absolutely worth recommending. I’m delighted with the outcome – garden looks amazing! 🌿

I was very happy with my garden at the time they completed the work. However the day they completed it I pointed out 2 very small snagging jobs to Marc. He attended at my property at a later date reviewed the snagging jobs and agreed they would come back and do the jobs when they got a chance. More than 3 months later and after several
calls to the office and emails and after 2 scheduled visits where they didn’t even attend and didn’t let me know they weren’t coming they eventually turned up at my house to do the snagging jobs but I was on holiday at the time. Unknown to me my neighbours got some work done in their garden and damaged some of mine. Nowhere near the original snagging jobs that Marc and Bespoke already agreed to do. They attended and did nothing and said that it was my neighbour who caused the damage to my garden and therefore wouldn’t be doing any snagging jobs.

As I said Marc. You have replied to this review and you know those jobs were agreed by you. 3 months later my neighbour gets work done and now you try and blame them when you had already agreed to come and do the snagging jobs. That is quite disgusting from you. You agreed to to do the snagging jobs from the first time I pointed them out to you. Which was the day after completion. This was months before my neighbour completed their garden. You know that you have conned us. What you have stated below is nothing but lies. You agreed to do the snagging jobs 3 months before. The fact it took you 3 months to come and do them is not good enough to then completely blame another person when they had already been agreed is disgusting. You are nothing but a liar and you know it. I’ve got all the emails to and from Simone about the snagging jobs and the excuses that were made up about agreeing to come and do them and then not turning up.

Just to confirm all work carried out wasn’t to the standards as I was not happy with the work and I paid for it. You agreed to come and do the snagging jobs. You tried hammering the batons down and said you couldn’t do it so you would come back when you had more time and now you are blaming a third party for a job that you agreed to do 3 months before. I’ve got all the emails from Simone to prove it that you were aware of the jobs and will come and do them. The minute I paid you couldn’t be more disinterested. Trust pilot initially took this review down but today 13th August 2026 they emailed to say they were putting it back up. I’m so glad as people need to know not to pay your company until all jobs are done.

Just to confirm a third time. The snagging jobs that needed done have been needing done since the day you finished the job. You agreed to come and do them so don’t blame a third party who had work done 3 months after you had agreed to do the snagging jobs. Works were not carried out to an agreed standard as I didn’t and still haven’t agreed with the standard of the work. So any reply you may have is all lies. You know what you have done you know.

Would recommend this company is a heartbeat. They have transformed my garden, I am so happy with it and can’t wait to be able to enjoy sitting out in it. Before they even started the garden Marc came done and recommend what would be in my budget. The company were quick when they started and made sure things were tidy at night before they left. If things cropped up that I wasn’t expected I was given options of what I could do and I was kept informed throughout the process. Thank you Bespoke for everything.

Job was half completed and not as quoted for. Over ordered material then only carried out half the work. Nightmare to deal with Marc and Simone and rather than complete the job, they went down the route of fabricating stories. Do not use this company. You have been warned!

Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional at all times. Put up with all my questions. Was very pleased with the result. Loving the garden and its new look.

The guys done a cracking job on my garden. Taking it from overgrown and ugly to a stunning modern beautiful garden. Can’t fault them at all. One little snagging job still to be done once they get some down time. I would highly recommend them.

A driveway and garden makeover all in the one go is not for the fainthearted. In all honesty, it's a lot and you really do have to put a lot of faith in the team and trust the process. The driveway has been extended to alleviate the stress of children becoming drivers in an area with very limited on street parking. Old monoblock and unused grassed areas were removed and a roomier driveway was created. It looks massive, really tidy, and makes for a much more comfortable life!! However, the back garden is the 'pièce de résistance'! To say we are delighted with how our back garden has been transformed would be a massive understatement. Marc's creative vision took a boring and unloved space with continual (very draining) drainage issues and spectacularly elevated it to what is now a heavenly haven we actually all want to spend time in- just looking out at it from the house is cathartic! Pairing quality artificial grass with the curvy contrasting paving is super effective in real life...and clean...so lovely and clean!! Drainage issues have been resolved. The dog is delighted to finally run free without fear of a hose down. We no longer keep a pair of wellies at the back door. It's a beautiful, low maintenance, clean (I did say clean again, yes) space the whole family will enjoy for many, many years to come. The guys really did put a shift in; any additional tweaks we thought of as the work progressed were accommodated with ease. We would have no hesitation in using Bespoke Landscape Designs again-although we have our dream garden and extended driveway now and we're not moving! Team Bespoke have worked a miracle and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. We just can't possibly recommend them highly enough!

Quick to get back to me when I enquired about my fence repair, came out and provided quote. Professional and fairly priced. Work took place quickly guys did a great job and cleaned up after themselves, I’m really happy with the work.

I found Mark who runs the company very good to deal with. His communication skills are excellent. He gives you a visit initially to take measurements and informs you of the work and materials needed to do the job. He sends you an email quickly after his visit giving you a quote.
Once you have accepted this, he gives you an approximate month of the
year when they can do the job.
You may have to wait a bit longer than planned as weather delays have knock on effects with other jobs that they have on their schedule before they get to you. But the weather is beyond everyone's control
We were given 4/5 days notice before arriving to start the job which was plenty time to get things organised.
Mark and his two workmates Jordan and Adam are great. They work hard and do a good job as they are committed to the good reputation of their company and ensure you are happy with their work.
I am planning to use them again for phase 2 of landscaping my garden. I would have no hesitation in recommending them if you are thinking about undertaking any landscape work in your own garden.

I am super impressed with Marc the lads. They were so helpful from start to finish. They were polite & very respectful especially towards my neighbour. This is the first time we have ever asked anyone for help on a project & they were ace. They were efficient throughout & left the site spotless & tidy. We are hoping to start a 2nd project with them. Thank you boys.
