Always good service when I visit here
Always good service when I visit here , totally professional, friendly, and efficient. Cant fault them in any way.
My recent experience with Berry…
My recent experience with Berry Chiswick has been so poor that I genuinely don’t know where to begin. All I wanted was a simple quote to install a tracker. I phoned customer service expecting at least a rough idea of the cost. I left my details and waited over a week for someone to call me back. No one did.
I called again to chase the quote. Still no luck. Eventually, one customer service agent promised to call back — and to be fair, he did. He gave me a clear breakdown of the price for parts, labour, a one‑year subscription, and even offered the first available fitting date (over three weeks away). Not ideal, but at least it was progress.
The day before the appointment, I received a call saying the booking needed to be moved to the next day. Since I still hadn’t received anything in writing, I asked for the quote to be emailed. And that’s when the real shock came: the price was almost double, plus VAT, compared to what I had been told on the phone.
When I asked why the price was suddenly so different, there was no real explanation — just a vague claim that the original quote was “for parts only.” No apology, no accountability.
I tried calling customer service again to sort it out and spent 45 minutes on hold with no answer. When someone finally called me back, they simply insisted the higher quote was “correct.” Again, no apology.
At that point, I cancelled the booking entirely.

My experience at BMW Chiswick
My experience at BMW Chiswick My husband and I went to bmw just to have a look at what used cars they had on offer at their site. We were greeted by the receptionist and asked to take a seat while she arranged for a salesman to assist our needs. We were offered a hot or cold beverage whilst waiting but in the meantime staff who were walking by greeted us with a smile. The wait wasn't that long and a salesman named Joe G introduced himself. While we were talking my husband and I felt relaxed às the conversation we was having was pleasant and enjoyable. I was asked what car I was looking for and lucky enough a used bmw car came in on the same day. Joe explained the car he was going to show us hadn't been prepared yet but he took us to the car and went through all the specs. In the meantime the conversation between Joe and ourselves was great with a few laughs and jokes. After viewing the car we sat down at the table and we talked about the car and what BMW can offer me even though I was only there to have a look at used cars. The experience with Joe our salesman was great. I actually ended up putting a deposit on the car that I viewed.

Exceptional Service – Adrian Made the Whole Experience Perfect
I recently collected my new BMW X2 from Berry Chiswick, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding.
From the very beginning, Adrian Grama handled everything personally, and I have to say – his level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made a huge difference. It wasn’t just good service, it was exceptional.
He managed the whole process smoothly on his own, kept everything clear and stress-free, and made sure I was fully comfortable and informed at every step. The handover was perfect – well organised, thorough, and done with real pride.
You can tell when someone truly cares about their job, and Adrian definitely does. He made the experience feel special, not just another sale.
I highly recommend Berry Chiswick, and especially Adrian, to anyone looking for a BMW. This has been one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had.
Thank you again – absolutely top class service.

AVOID - they well shaft you
AVOID! Do not buy a car from these guys. You have been warned.
I don’t usually give bad reviews. Either a positive review or no review. However as I’m forced to go to Court to recover what I’m owed, a review seems fair.
Bought a car online from Berry. I was not aware it had material modifications. I exercised my right to cancel under distance selling.
Berry ignored me. When I called they said distance selling law doesn’t apply to cars. It does. What’s made matters worse is they never transferred the registered ownership so I can’t sell it myself anyway. To be fair irrelevant of distance selling, they misrepresented the car.
We’re now a bailee for a car we don’t own but pay to insure and finance until Berry come and collect it. The Court will award in our favour and it will cost thousands to Berry but Berry would rather ignore their legal obligations, screw over their customers and pay for the privilege.
I wish I’d read reviews before engaging with these cowboys.

New BMW car at Berry Group
Sarmad and Samee of BMW Berry Group were very professional. They took our requirements and wishes and spent considerable time to find a car that closely matches our needs. Thank you Sarmad and Samee for your excellent service and friendly approach.
Don't buy a BMW from here if you're a woman
I have NEVER been so bullied and hard-sold to and mansplained to for extra insurance products in my entire life. What an incredibly memorably unpleasant experience. I was trying to buy a 2024 BMW 218i Gran Coupe for cash. Having had a very lovely and relaxed test drive with Chris McGuinley, the helpful and expert sales guy, we returned to the BMW office. I clearly stated I don’t like, and didn’t want, extra insurance products, but oddly, Chris still read out every single product detail even though I had said please don’t try to sell me insurance products, I don’t want them. Chris was very personable and very customer-focused otherwise, and I had the feeling he was reading out the product details because he’d been told he had to. Having failed to get me to take any of the products, your Business Manager Sammee Rouf appeared. He introduced himself, pulled his sleeves up and glanced at Chris before sitting down, with a look that so obviously meant “I’ll show you how it’s done”. He then embarked on an astonishing bullying, aggressive, and what felt to me, completely misogynistic attack, determined to selling me insurance. He must have thought Chris hadn’t tried hard enough. I’m sure he wouldn’t have tried that approach on a man. He talked down to me and insisted (when I challenged him and asked for the numbers - which he couldn’t give me) that the odds are on a car being written off in an accident, and he’d put money on it. Which is just a lie. If he put money on it, he’d be a loser. Only 1 in 83 cars are written off in an accident, and the majority of those are old cars. I don’t think the FCA would be very impressed by what he said. He gave crash scenarios intended to frighten me into buying. All the while I was saying no, please stop I don’t want any extra insurance products. I felt so under attack I would have walked out and not bought the car, had I not had my friend with me and already told her I was buying the car. She was shocked at how he spoke to me and agreed that there is no way he would have spoken to a man like that. I know exactly how these add on insurance policies work, and what terrible value they are for someone like me, who is buying a year-old car, does a very low annual mileage, has never had an accident in 40 years, and has the resources to simply pay the gap myself should an accident happen. I still wish I had walked out and told him to poke his stupid car with its bad value insurance products. I only stayed because I was keen to buy before Christmas when I would be doing a lot of driving in bad weather, so needed a reliable car quickly. Also, the quotes he showed me are done on a spreadsheet that doesn’t even have a total, so I had to get my calculator on my phone out to total it up. Even basic Excel has a total function. Shoddy, unprofessional, and this is meant to be BMW, a supposedly premium brand. I really don’t think there was anything premium about this experience. I will NEVER come to this dealership again to buy a car. I was so disgusted by my treatment. Your business manager seemed to care only about getting an insurance sale, and at any cost. I was still so angry about the way I’d been spoken and how horrible the experience was, that I phoned up the next day to cancel my order, but Chris talked me out of it. I don’t know why Sammee is his boss when Chris is a far better representative of the brand. Sammee Rouf needs some proper training before ever being allowed to try to sell anything to a woman again. The fact that he carried on bullying while I repeatedly said no, makes me wonder how he behaves in his private life when a woman says no; it was that bad. He needs to understand that women these days earn their own money and expect not to be patronised and having product details explained to them as if they are a two-year old when they try to buy a car, and gosh, they really don’t like a 1970s used car salesman style hard sell, or to be presented with lots of scenarios intended to scare them, and they even might have done some research before they come. Are you in the business of selling cars or selling insurance? Either way, this reflected very badly on the BMW brand. After I’d bought the car I was then emailed to ask for details if I hadn’t been happy about my buying experience, which I duly did, but had neither reply nor apology, so hence this review on Trust Pilot.

I recently collected my new car from BMW, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The level of service I received genuinely exceeded my expectations.
Peter, in particular, deserves special recognition. He ensured my car was prepared on time, kept me clearly informed throughout the process, and provided outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He made sure I felt comfortable at every stage and took the time to walk me through all the features of the car so I was fully confident before driving away.
The whole transaction was smooth, quick, and genuinely enjoyable. BMW delivered excellent service, and Peter’s dedication and attention to detail were a major part of that. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend both BMW and Peter to anyone seeking a seamless and welcoming experience.
PS: Just look at the smiles on my brother’s face and mine—not only because of the new car, but because of the exceptional service we received. Thanks Peter

I recently had the pleasure of working with Adrian Grama at BMW, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Adrian was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. His professionalism and friendly manner made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Adrian to anyone looking for exceptional customer service at BMW.
Avoid this dealership at all costs!!
Enquired about one of their used approved cars, provided all of my vehicle information for a part exchange valuation. They provided an estimate of £28,000 for part ex. I made an appointment to view the car and for them to appraise my car in person. They appraised my car and increased the part ex value to £28,500. We agreed a deal on the new car using mine as a part exchange. Literally in the middle of doing the paperwork when they decided they had made a mistake and changed the part ex value from £28,500 to £8,500. I am disgusted, absolutely shocking customer service. They have lost this customer. Still unsure if dishonest or extremely incompetent, or both.
