Petra and her team have made my experience visiting a wig studio really pleasant. I have had lots of wig repairs done by Berenice in the past and have recently had my first wig made by them. Petra listened to my wishes and also advised me on what she thought would work for me. The hair i chose is absolutely gorgeous, silky, smooth and easy to care for. The hair stylist coloured my wig to perfection to make it suit me better. Petra is very caring and goes out of her way to make things right for you and just as you want them., tweaking here
and there if needed. I am so pleased with my first wig made by them, I am now about to place an order for another one. Thank you Berenice 😊

Petra made me a lovely hairpiece to wear as a ponytail. It's an unusual design which I wear attached to my crown rather than wrapped around my own ponytail. The colour match is perfect and the weight and design make it undetectable and it looks completely natural. Petra was happy to tweak the original version until she achieved the perfect fit for me. I’ve met Petra a few months ago when I decided to get my first wig due to alopecia.
I couldn’t have made a better choice!Petra was absolutely a pleasure to meet, so kind and friendly. I was very stressed about the whole process and the outcome but Petra had her unique way of making me trust her skills and become more confident. She had so much patience and she took her time to answer all of my questions and worries.
The outcome was amazing! I now have a beautiful piece of hair that looks exactly how my hair used to look before alopecia! It’s also so light and easy to wear!

From my first contact with Petra to the delivery of the wig, I received the best customer service imaginable. I had never worn a wig before and was unsure what the ordering process would be like. I discussed everything with Petra on a Zoom call and she gave me extremely professional advice. In a second Zoom call she showed me how to measure my head and when the wig arrived it was a perfect fit.
The hair colour also matches my own hair colour. When I let my fringe and side hair out under the wig, no one can tell the difference. I am absolutely thrilled.
I really like the quality of the hair. It is very soft and feels great.
If I ever have a second wig made, it will only be by Petra.

I have a journey with hairpieces from the internet that was quite disappointing. Now I can finally say I found the very best wig maker! Petra did her magic to match the colour and her mother attached baby hairs from my own hairstrand to make it look the most natural. The hair is the best quality I have ever felt, so soft and fine. Absolutely worth it!

I did a training course with Petra in how to prepare raw hair. The day was above what i expected. Petra tailed the course to suit what i needed. Highly recommend Petra for hair training courses and will be back in the future to do the machine making course. Since the course we have been in touch Petra continues to help with any questions or help I need.

Petra goes out and beyond to help match me a pony to match my wavy curl texture perfectly to add thickness and length that I need whilst I’m on my on-going hair growth journey! I’ve been a long term customer of Berenice the last few years and everytime what ever amount of hair grams I purchase from Petra the hair is just so beautiful , but as my hair has grown considerably longer over the last year I now needed to purchase a longer pony this time and I most recently got a a new Slavic wavy curl pony 20inches that matches my natural hair texture the exact same and I’m sooo happy, it is so silky soft and lightened to match my blonde hair and it’s like it’s never been lifted! I wasted my money £2000,for short wig ,l trusted Petra,l explained very well to her about the colour and everything but in the end the result it was very different, the wig looks like not natural,and it looks like cheap vig lm very sad

This hair is fantastic - so easy to look after and remains beautifully silky.
A million miles away from horribly processed silicone coated hair which turns to straw after a few washes. Worth every penny.
Petra was extremely helpful and professional.

Very Hit and miss hair, I’ve had good quality hair before but in the last year or so it’s been the worst frizzy, damaged hair I’ve ever bought. A Possible change in their wholesaler I’m not sure? They used to send their wefts off to be sewn professionally but now the owner Petra and her mother does them and I think me and my clients have averaged about a third of shedding within 2-4 months.
Also if you think sending in your concerns is worth it, think again. The owner is by far the rudest person I have quite possibly ever had the misfortune of dealing with in the hair industry. Misguided arrogance seems to be her thing.

Four years ago I bought a half head wig from Berenice Russian hair, The reason for late review is due to the sudden lose of my Brother and suddenly having a four-month-old boy and a grieving mum.
After receiving the Wig I was shocked at just how sparse and thin that ends were, after phoning I was told to wash the hair and the hair would get better and better Apparently.
A couple of the clips came off within two attempted wears but that’s no big concern, what got me was I couldn’t even walk up the stairs or across one end of the house to the other without a big bulging mass of Hair matting up at the nape,
Going to your brothers funeral is tough enough without the stress of the wig.
The reason I am upset is because I could never afford to pay that sort of money but I did out of the compensation of a rape.
I felt ashamed of myself for being taken in and didn’t want to face the trauma of the wig again.
I feel stronger now I can finally say it as it was and is.
