After dithering for years I finally took the plunge and contacted Petra about a wig. I found the whole process easy and enjoyable and found Petra and her team very helpful and understanding. She designed a wig for me which completely reflected what I wanted (not much hair) and just the perfect colour.

Not only am I absolutely delighted but all my friends and family think it’s fantastic. My only regret is not doing this years ago as this has enhanced my confidence about my hair and appearance. Thank you again Petra and team.

From my initial zoom meeting with Petra at Berenice to my final wig fitting, when I left her salon with my head held high, feeling 10 years younger! she has been nothing but, professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind and jolly good fun!
The attention to detail and care she gives is 100% and it means so much to her that you are totally happy with your wig.

It was our first time having a wig made so can’t comment on the quality of the wig in comparison to anyone else’s. The wig, however, had perfect colour match and it seems to work well for our purpose so far (2 months in).
What I can say for sure at this moment is about the Customer service we received from Pedra. She has been patient from the very start listening to our concerns and providing suggestions. At no point did she make us feel that we were asking too much. The studio felt lovely and discreet. Pedra has always been happy to help and give advice even after the wig was made and taken home (after care).
Overall I would recommend Berenice Hair to anyone looking for a professional and yet personalised service.

I had been following Petra's work on social media for a couple of years. I was interested in ordering from her and had asked for pricing on some of her pieces, but purchasing seemed impossible for different reasons being I live in South America. Petra contacted me recently to ask if I was still interested and I explained to her why, even though I was still interested, it was difficult to actually make a purchase across the miles. Petra was amazingly willing to work out the potential issues and we began having video conferences during which she helped me to choose between a wig or topper, hair that perfectly matched my hair texture, we took measurements, etc. I can't say enough good about the experience and the final results. My topper is gorgeous, it fits perfectly and is extremely comfortable. The hair is absolutely beautiful! It's the first time I've used a topper so I've had many questions and Petra has patiently helped me each step of the way. I highly recommend Berenice London and if I need another hair piece in the future, I undoubtedly will purchase from them again.

Im super happy with my tape-in hair extensions! The quality of the hair is clearly superior to others, and even my closest friends couldn’t believe I had extensions in, because they look so natural. The pricing is very reasonable compared to the high street salons, and the studio and business side of the process is always super professional and to the T. On top of that all, Petra is soso kind and lovely and a treat to just chat with at our appointments! Highly recommend!

Petra provides fabulous personal service as well as an excellent product. My wig is exactly as I wanted it. Petra really understood what I needed and showed real empathy as I am having chemotherapy treatment. The wig hair quality is exceptional. Altogether a very positive experience and good value.

This is my second wig from Berenice London and the quality of hair on both wigs is of such high quality. The hair is directly cut from a person (no chemicals) and you get to pick the texture and colour that you would like for yourself. I mean I have better hair now than I ever had in my life. I get so many compliments wearing the wigs and I do not look like I am wearing a wig at all. Dealing with Petra has been an amazing experience. She is very thoughtful and compassionate to deal with, especially for those of us going through cancer treatment.
