I mistakenly subscribed and had to cancel the membership. Claire, responded promptly to my request for cancelation and refund and also said that she would help with a refund. I was very happy with the response and now am awaiting the refund.

I accidentally became a member. I don't know how it happened. I was in completely different website and somehow jumped to this. Hopefully help center helping me to cancel my membership.

I have been scammed here almost R400 and is gone here by using my card number,till I went to the bank to change bank card because they started by deducting R37 after 2 day R177 after 3 days R171 out of my account when I reach out for the help they requested R15 for helping me I have to put my card number for them to be able to scamm me more I'm not happy at all

BeoutdoorPro is the the Most Scammers i have ever Seen i entered to the website to buy a Product then i filled my address everything and i paid for the product through my credit card they deducted the Amount (Double) without any OTP from the Bank then i surprised they sent me Email that i just bought Gold Membership and gift card on the Website, Really. are u kidding me? Ten Minutes later i shocked that they withdraw same amount again I Contacted them directly via Email and Chat the response was like we don’t care and do whatever you want, Withdrawal on my Bank Account still today Morning till i harried to the Bank and made Complaint and Stopped my Debit Card, these people made me spent a Horrible day and Night yesterday and i have all proof the Payments they deducted and the Chat and emails between us and i need TrustPilot Team Contact me to give them all Proof about my Situation, they are a very big Scammers.

I dislike the unexplained or unexpected charges but I appreciate the fast reply and cooperative approach to the matter.

I didn't like how they reduced my money and in future let someone know every details before you deduct money
