No one answers phone. Customer service is hard to understand. Slight discounts through this program for hotel do no good if life happens and you have to reschedule your flight. I am going to work with hotels directly, since there is no service that supports this product. Beneplace is not providing the quality service that Exelon is probably paying for.

Beneplace is great when it comes to booking hotels, but when it comes to purchasing shows and sporting events they are the absolute worst!! Recently, I purchased San Francisco Giants tickets and A Beautiful Noise show ticket, Not only did I call Three times because I didn't receive any confirmation and or tickets for over 18 hours. A representative told me I would be refunded because they couldn't tell me where the tickets were and the game was almost sold out. After that, I purchased new tickets. Then an hour later Beneplace sent me their tickets and refused to refund me. Never experienced more incompetence.

The rates were incredibly discounted. On a rare occassion when there are multiple room types (executives with jacuzzi, Jr. Executives, etc.), the room doesn't always seem to match. But otherwise, great discounts!

First of all the website mal-functioned twice. I tried calling the Beneplace customer service phone number on listed on your website. I was on hold for over 45 minutes while being subjected to the very sad depressing music that your company was playing. I finally decided to hang up and try calling the hotel. When I called the hotel they tried to charge me more than the price listed on your site. I tried calling the Beneplace customer service number again but to no avail. Finally after 3 more attempts the website worked.

i dont like the process/fees to make changes/cancelations, due to being made to pay upfront for reservations. if you cant make changes, we shouldnt be charged to cancel & redo reservation.

The website had a glitch and I was double charged for my hotel room. When contacted they said they had to investigate and it would take 72 hours. 72 hours past the 72 hour window they still don’t have a decision, when I called back to let them know I have screen shots of what I thought I was booking they had me email them and now told me another 72 hours. For what I’m out so far this website hasn’t saved money but instead caused a big nightmare. When I spoke with the woman at the front desk of the hotel I was informed if I called and told her what the website price was most hotels will match it and it’s a much safer route so you don’t have these mix ups.

You need to explain what your "fees" are for. Seems like you're just taking extra money.
Follow up to your response: I think you should just provide transparency in the first place. I shouldn’t have to follow up. Just list what the fees are for during checkout.

I had a positive experience using Beneplace. The site is easy to navigate, and I was able to find discounts that were relevant and valuable. Customer service responded in a timely manner when I had a question, and the overall process was smooth. I gave 4 stars because there’s still a bit of room for improvement in terms of mobile site responsiveness, but overall I’m satisfied.
