The lift was delivered when they said…

The lift was delivered when they said it would be and was in good shape other than a few scratches that are understandable . Had a little problem with the wiring diagram, it could be better explained , but got it working and everything is great.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Very disrespectful and bad business who does not stand behind their product. Would not recommend to anybody or any automotive shop. Cheap products that have hardware problems that fault and get pushed off to later dates for repair past the warranty dates. DO NOT BUY FROM BENDPAK.

Once again BendPak nails it

Once again BendPak nails it, Great product, competitively priced. The only disappoint was that it was not powder coated paint like the Quickjack I bought from them, but in their defense, it wasn't advertised as powder coated. The construction of the jack is as good as it gets!

WORST LIFT EVER

I have been in the Fast Lube business since 1996 and have a word of caution for all new lift buyers.

I purchase a P9000LT Lift on 2/26/2019 and have had the worst experience ever.

The lift came with broken parts and was a nightmare to install!!

Now, less than 1 year of ownership the unit has failed to operate properly. I called the 800 # on 1/10/2020 and described our problem and was helped by Simon. He asked if I wanted a Technician to come and we discussed and it sounded like a relatively easy fix, so I declined the technician. He ordered a new electrical part and had it sent…..the wrong part arrived on 1/15/2020.

I called immediately and discussed with Simon…he ordered the correct part and it arrived on 1/17/2020- to no one’s surprise it is the wrong part again???????

I called immediately around 1:30 Eastern time and Simon said he would check with warehouse and get back to me- I have heard nothing.

I called a little later to speak with a supervisor and my call has gone unreturned? Apparently all were in a meeting and could not be disturbed. ( In my world a customer’s problem is way more important than a department meeting)

So here I sit with a broken lift that produces around $200 dollars a day in revenue (in tire rotations)- I am out at least 9-10 days of income because of your inferior product and lack of customer service.

Who is going to reimburse me for your inability to solve my issues?

AT THIS POINT I AM REQUESTING A CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN COME TO MY LOCATION A RESOLVE MY ISSUE.

I look forward to some answers, but am not highly confident that I will receive any.

I ordered my 4 post lift on dec

I ordered my 4 post lift on dec. 27th. Bend pack received funds on the 30th. They called me the next week with shipping questions, I missed the call. I called Alisa back and left her a message. I've heard nothing. So I emailed the support and they proceeded to tell me they couldn't find my order over multiple emails. So I called. Then they found the order, asked the questions, and we figured it out. I don't own a fork lift so I told them to have it delivered to the local trucking depot. The closest one they can send it to is 6 hours away. They have had my money for 2 weeks, haven't shipped it yet and want me to drive 12 hours to pick it up. The service is horrible!

Should have ordered accessories elsewhere

Ordered $500 worth of accessories needed to properly use my new lift. Credit card was charged on day one. On day 5, I utilized chat and was told my order had not shipped but would ship that day and I would receive tracking info via email. On day 8, I called and was told again that my order had not shipped, but would ship that day and I would receive tracking info via email. Today is day 9, no email.

Your company is not so helpful after…

Your company is not so helpful after you've purchased your item for delivery. They don't have a tracking system and tell you to call some other freight company. And then the freight company can't give you a clear answer and tell you to keep calling back.

Paid for overnight shipping...didn't…

Paid for overnight shipping...didn't ship for 8 days. And these were add on parts, not a full lift. Trying to communicate thru their email support is comical at best. They will close out the ticket without providing any information. Calling tech support is like playing "hot potato" with reps passing the buck.

Note to whoever runs this place...fire everyone and start over with customer support. Epic fail in that department.

On your website It does not show that…

On your website It does not show that the product that I ordered was on back order. I was later emailed that there was no for sure shipping date but that it could possibly ship in a month. I had already canceled an order for this machine with another vendor for the same issue. If I would have known that i was not going to see this machine for over a month I would have searched elsewhere,

Purchased item

Purchased item, turns out to be faulty, contact support they waste my time and advise to contact a different region, different region advises they'll ring me straight back when they're expert is back in the office, never received a call back. They took payment of over $1000.00 and i have nothing to show for it. I feel robbed. In my opinion don't by Quickjacks

The assembly Instructions leave a…

The assembly Instructions leave a little bit to the imagination. They are terrible but there are a few steps missing or helpful hints on how to get the cables hooked up to the U clip with the post laying on the ground. I found it was easier to stand the posts up before trying to install the cables. Also the electrical drawing was confusing, for such a simple hook up the drawing makes it seem more complicated that what it really is. Over all I am extremely happy with my 2 post lift now that it is up and running.
