I love your lift, Thank you

I've been a professional mechanic for 40 years I've always been around bendpak hoist and love their quality for serviceability ease of operations and reliability I wouldn't stand under anything else other than a bendpak

Great low profile lift. fits under my corvettes,even with side pipes, trans ams, and camaro. I had to chisel some weld splatter from inside of uprights to prevent wear blocks from being damaged. The adjustable lift pads did not fit the low profile lift so I had to return them. I like the old blue color better than the grey. Plenty of lift power for my 2500 GMC pickup too. Highly recommend buying one, or more

Just ordered BendPak XPR-10AXLS, due in about 1 week, but wanted to say so far, working with Kat Ladosky, it has been going great. She always answered my questions immediately, and if she didn't have an answer researched it and got back to me promptly with an answer. The purchase went very smoothly, and the shipping is pretty quick. I'll write a review after it arrives about the product and install/ operation.

My new 2 post lift came with one arm that is out of level. A certified installer confirmed it's an issue with the post carriage. BendPak's installation manual, and website indicate that all arms MUST be level. Response from BendPak customer service has been glacial at best. They claim the issue is within tolerance, although I'm not sure what the tolerances are since they are presently ignoring my question. Luckily, there are many other options beyond BendPak...do your homework. Wish I had.

Wow what rotten C/S. Got their lift as a gift. They don't warranty the lift when you get it, it starts when it leaves their warehouse if you don't have a receipt. What would they say if their new TV warranty started the day it left the warehouse. DO NOT buy their lifts as a gift unless you give them a copy of the receipt.

Decided to replace several lifts in the shop. Went with two different 4 post Bendpak lifts, one was the XL. In less than 15 months, we have replaced multiple parts, including the jacks, due to seals leaking oil. We were told that the seals are now discontinued and that we must replace the entire cylinder. Also the lifts are now out of warranty. Since having the lifts installed, we have had several problems. I've had these lifts serviced more often than my 20 year old lifts. If I ever need to order new expensive equipment for the shop, I will choose another brand. The lift operations are fine, but very frustrated with the amount of time and money lost due to brand new lifts constantly needing service.

Paid for adapters on 11/19/19.
It is now 1/29/20 and I still have not received adapters.

I have never had worse customer service. I was billed for a part before it even shipped. As of Jan 28 2020, I was told it would be another month to receive my part. I have been hearing this since 11/26/19 when I was billed for this part. I will NEVER order a part from them or recommend them to anyone
