I purchased a motorcycle lift from Bendpak that was missing parts and defective. After over 4 hours on the phone and talking to six different customer service or Tech people who did not care at all, Bendpak refused to send the parts I needed under warranty without me paying for them at a discount. They fail to honor the product warranty and they refuse to initiate a return for a refund. bendpak is horrible and their customer service is the worst I have ever experience.

Good luck with service and ordering a part! Next to impossible..... Call taker is a person with little to no knowledge of the company or systems., What a waste of time.

Very satisfied with the sales person Kat extension 152 she is very knowledgeable was very helpful kept in contact with me regarding my lift,I did have to wait a little longer then usual due to that it was a custom made lift I would highly recommend the company to my friends and it was also very simple to assemble thank you

Problems since day one with hoist that I purchased (I bought two). I am 10 miles from their corporate office and they sent me in circles while never addressing my concerns. I had screw pad assemblies that got jammed easily. I contacted customer service and sent a video/description of problem as requested. There was no follow-up as promised. I called again and they stated they had no knowledge of request. After doing this a couple times I finally gave up and have struggled with this problem ever since. I wish that I bought from another manufacturer. My next two hoist purchases were elsewhere and the support is great. Shoddy made in China product and the worst customer service imaginable!

The lift fails in 6 months. And they provided zero support and delayed the service until it passed the warranty time. Them they asked me to pay for service.

I wish I had read the review before I bought 2 HD7W lifts. They delivered partial orders without the pumps/motors , nor the protection plates> Total waste of time for installers. then they shipped 220v instead of 110V and NO ONE in Customer service is reachable to answering any emails or calls. This company is a fraud!!! Appalling . management doing nothing

seem to have decent product but their customer service is awful. Not worth the bother, lots of running around and zero solutions. In adequate support

Ordered a quick jack 5000 with various lift blocks I’m May 2020. Bendpak charged me for entire package but failed to send all the parts. 6 months later, still waiting on parts. After calling multiple times and requesting a credit, they charge my cc again. David Rodriquez is in their sales group, never returns calls, lies about shipping parts and double charges the customer. I have filed a fraud case with the cc company. I own my own business with 120 employees and would never allow this to happen. Extremely disappointed.

I bought three ramps off this company replacing my old ramps over a three year period, soon after the third ramp was fitted, they started to fail, (just out of warranty) one locked up in with a vehicle stuck at the top, then a ram seal started to leak on the other, between them three operating switches have been replaced, then a drive link between the motor and the pump wore the teeth off , minor part but they no longer supply it, so over £600 for a complete motor rather than a £10 part, it`s not been fitted four years yet !!!

Amazing experience. For two days i asked questions and every question was answered. I must’ve been a headache. But Dona was awesome. I would most definitely recommend This company to anyone.

Ordered cradle pads, fedex lost part of package , on 3rd call to bendpak saying they sending one, last guy was rude but i was also not happy

We have been trying to get approval for a return of parts we ordered since April. It is now July. First, we received incorrect information about the return process and it took return calls to the company to get the correct process which was totatly different that what we had been told. We were then told to send an e-mail requesting a return authorization which we did over a week ago and still have not received a return approval. We'll never do business with BendPak again. Their customer service regarding returns is horrible

Worst customer service ive ever had. Sent me wrong parts twice. Cant get any information correct or provide accurite details for their own products. If you buy something from them you will have no chance of getting parts later. Choose a different company for your lifting needs.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I ordered a 220v cool boss, received one that had a 220v sticker on it with a 110v cord. They informed me that - after paying over a thousand for this machine - I am supposed to purchase a 220v cord and hire an electrician to change out the incorrect cord.

The customer service threw bendpak was great. The issue that i have is the tire machine i recieved is no where near the quality i expected or was advertised it was supposed to be bale to mount up too 39 inch tires and it a chore to fit 33 inch tires with a 20 inch rim however it does work just not very well or efficient the whole set up with it overall seems cheap

After a half dozen or so times used on the Ranger transmission jack, the adjuster screw/bolt stripped out.
Of course, no replacement for screw or threaded parts. Instead, you have to buy entire saddle assembly for over $300!!
After submitting numerous pics to ensure I’d get the correct saddle, I ordered the part. Once received, I found it to be incorrect.
After 2+ weeks of calling & emailing, it was finally figured out. I requested a supervisor not once but twice & was denied by the service rep.
Pitiful service!! No sense of empathy even when stated that the part was needed ASAP. No urgency when discovered that they sent the wrong part.

ordered rbj4500 and it was received in excellent condition. The jack was very securely attached to the pallet and was fully boxed in with plywood. I've only used the jack once and it worked as it should. I only gave 4 stars because I had questions prior to ordering and received no return e-mail/call. The build quality of this jack completely caught me by surprise. I've heard about some quality issues in the past and if the jack I received is any indicator then Bendpak took care of it.
