If I could I would give 0 stars. This was the first time when I ordered something online and got disappointed. I ordered in December 23 in January 24 my package showed as delivered but it wasn’t even in Germany. I contacted the support and they were really nice and helpful they immediately send out a new package. The only downside is it never arrived. Again after about 4 weeks it shows as delivered and again not even in Germany. This was really a terrible experience although I really like the jackets but doesn’t matter if I will never get my hands on one.

Hi Philip,
This is totally out of our control, as you purchased something from the UK for delivery to the EU you have to pay duty. We have received the parcel back from German customs saying that the duty has not been paid. We have since refunded you via paypal.
Apologies again however this is out of our control.
