Best investment I've made in a long time in both time and money
I am so glad I embarked on this course. It is fabulous that you can also go at your own pace when life becomes busy and I love the way you're supported throughout it and encouraged. The presenters hit precisely the correct note and I'm impressed how the technology has been utilised to ensure you're kept on board, encouraged to keep on with the course, but without feeling pressured in any way. Mindfulness indeed! I would have no hesitation in recommending this course to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or stressed. As I was. The course doesn't profess to provide a cure but aims to equip you with the tools to enable you to manage your life in a better and more mindful way. Provided you put the effort in, of course! Furthermore, you are also able to continue to use the valuable audio and video tools after your've completed the course.

I was at an all time low and very stressed due to issues with my sister’s care and didn’t feel like I had anywhere to go.
This mindfulness course has helped me put into practice something that has helped me immeasurably and permanently I hope.
We have been to crisis point and out of the other side, I weathered the storm with the help of Be Mindful and family life is much better.

Calming and Worthy Experience
The entire process was calming and healing as it allowed one some quiet moments to be introspective. The feeling of being aware of what you do is a whole new experience and very comforting. Imagine listening to the sound of your feet as you or the sound of the spoon and water in a cup of tea, of the feeling that you are biting into a piece of bread and you can tell the taste of the bread from the vegetables in it. That whole consciousness was great healing for me. I could gently call my mind back whenever I feel anxious, angered or stressed out. It is a worthy experience

I enjoyed the fact that I could do the course at my own leisure and really liked the mindfulness part that I can return to.

Well it took me 8 years to complete but you didn't give up on me and kept sending me reminders every now and then which I really appreciated. Even though I kept putting it off I think the course is good and not too difficult although I did struggle with the whole thing at first. Really like the presenters too. Thank you.
