I submitted a Subject Access Request…
I submitted a Subject Access Request under GDPR, but the organisation did not respond within the required legal timeframe. They provided a goodwill payment, but this did not resolve the ongoing distress I personally experienced due to the exposure of my information, including my CV. I have submitted a formal complaint to the ICO regarding their failure to respond. I would suggest that others consider carefully before sharing personal information with this organisation.
I have had a great experience with KT…
I have had a great experience with KT Healthcare. Every stage of the process was clearly explained, and whenever I had questions or concerns there was always someone willing to listen and offer helpful advice.
My six-year-old was put at ease as soon as he met his assessor, who was incredibly kind and caring. This meant a lot to us, as he had been very worried beforehand.
From the initial GP appointment to the final assessment and the phone call confirming the diagnosis, the whole process took around six months, which is absolutely amazing compared to the NHS waiting times of nearly two years.
This service is incredibly important for young children so they can receive the correct support both in and out of the school environment as soon as possible.
Because of the positive experience we had, I will also be choosing KT Healthcare for my other child, as the NHS waiting times are simply too long. I am confident we will receive the same high level of care again.
We have been advised that the final written report will be provided within 4–6 weeks, and the follow-up phone call to discuss the diagnosis was a gesture that was greatly appreciated. It made the process feel very supportive and personal, which I don’t believe we would have received through the NHS/CDC route.
Child Autism Assessment (Right to Choose)
We recently completed an Autism assessment for our son through the Right to Choose pathway with KT Healthcare, and the whole experience has been extremely positive.
From the very beginning, the administration team were responsive and helpful, always replying promptly to our email queries.
During the online assessments, Helena Fenton (SALT) and Natalia Sofroniou (Specialist Neurodevelopmental OT) were incredibly caring, compassionate, and reassuring, which made the process feel much less daunting for both us and our son.
The turnaround time for the MDT decision and outcome was also impressively quick, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we’re very grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and efficiency shown throughout the entire process.
Excellent service throughout!
Excellent service throughout! My daughter masks at school and finds life tough, but, having this assessment and diagnosis has made her feel lighter, the experience has been positive from start to finish.
My daughter finds it a challenge to connect with people she is unfamiliar with and I was very uncertain as to how the online assessment would go, I need not to have worried, we had a lovely lady called Tracey, and she settled my daughter in and they completed everything required. The parent section of the assessment was completed professionally. The report and feedback was quickly recieved and easy to read and understand. I would have no hesitation in recommending based on our experience as it has been postive from the start and all the way through to receiving the report. Thank you!
Amazing experience
After having a horrific experience for an ADHD child assessment with another provider, our experience getting an autism diagnosis for our daughter via the Right to Choose pathway couldn't have been more different.
The staff at KT Healthcare were so caring, professional and warm. They took our concerns seriously and treated us as individuals rather than a rushed tick box exercise.
They are used to the fact that girls present differently and dealing with girls who mask. The person who did my daughter's assessment was amazing with her and put her completely at ease. She even noticed things that school had missed out during her time observing and interacting with my daughter.
They were also really quick in following up with a detailed phone call, listing their observations and recommendations. In short, our experience this time around couldn't have been more different. I have nothing but praise for KT Healthcare.

KT Healthcare have been amazing with helping me diagnose my little boy with Autism. They were so kind, caring and supportive throughout the entire process. Put in for an assessment last May, things were put on hold for a few weeks because of the school holidays and getting their information across but from my son being seen by Emily it was a week later he was diagnosed. I will recommend this company to anyone who is seeking an assessment!!
Finally Feeling Truly Understood
The entire process was really well thought through. Every member of staff we engaged with was compassionate, understanding, and genuinely engaging. We felt heard and listened to throughout, and receiving the diagnosis has made such a meaningful difference. Everything was explained clearly at every stage, and the team were consistently kind, professional, and supportive. We felt validated throughout and, for the first time, truly understood. Thank you so much.
Treated with dignity and respect
A very well organised, non-judgemental, friendly service. It was a very nerve-wracking time for our family and KT Healthcare handled our assessments brilliantly. Thank you and in particular to Sarah Squires who made me feel heard and took real care and time to understand me which made me feel confident with the outcome of the assessment
Outstanding Service from start to finish
We just wanted to say the biggest thankyou to everyone at KT Healthcare for such a positive experience.
We used the right to choose pathway for an ASD diagnosis for our child due to local wait times being 3yrs+ and our child needing a diagnosis to receive more support in school etc. Communication throughout has been outstanding from the office staff arranging the paper work and phonecalls, to the exceptional treatment and care from the consultants and assessors. They have all made a stressful time so much easier for us as family and we cannot thank them enough. The kindness, care and understanding shown to us and our child has been outstanding. A huge thankyou to Hans and Emily especially.
The whole process has taken under 6 months from start to finish (some appointments were re-cheduled due to illness) and has gone very smoothly.
We would highly recommend KT Healthcare to anyone and will definitely use again in the future if needed.
Minimal Communication, Missed Timescales
**Updated: After nearly 6 months they sent one email saying they will not take me as a patient without explaining why so I wasted 6 months [reduced from 2* to 1*]**
So I started the right to chose process for an autism diagnosis in July/August 2025 and was informed it would be 8-10 weeks for the whole process. I didn’t get my first contact until September to fill in the documentation - which I did within 2 weeks, I've now been kicked down the road until January 2026 (an occasional correspondence about one a month to say ‘very soon’ bit only when I emailed first for an update)
I had a 5min phone call in mid December with 2 follow up questions and was told I would be called back in a couple of days to a week for the next stage. It’s now been nearly a month and still no contact or replies to my emails.
Very stressful, poor communication and utterly missed timescales. I can’t comment on quality of care since I’m 5-6 months in and still no date in sight
Kt healthcare are very kind and…
Kt healthcare are very kind and passionate about their role, they knew how to keep my 2 girls happy and was able to get them to participate. Had 2 separate assessments 1 in end of September and was diagnosed and the 2nd end of November and also diagnosed. Very quick process from start of doing the referral and to the diagnosis. Very much recommend kt healthcare to everyone.
Not happy but hoping future experience improves
My child was referred to KT Healthcare under right to choose. Initially I was quite pleased about how good their communication was however sadly, this deteriorated. I kept chasing them and they said school had not returned the questionnaire. Then it meant that my child was not booked in and Greater Manchester paused RTC so now is stuck in their referral system because they did not have an appointment booked. They were less than understanding about this and not very kind or compassionate. So basically we have been penalised because either KT Healthcare didn’t send the original questionnaire and/or school did not send back quick enough. The amount of parents who have issues with school you would think that they would have tried to escalate this. To add insult to injury, I have seen this morning they have advertised a Black Friday discount of 20% not long after they shut RTC, I feel this is extremely distasteful as so many parents are desperate to get their child assessed and to offer this out is not an act of kindness, but actually a good way for them to make money on what is heartbreaking for a child and their family. If RTC reopens I will absolutely edit this review to include our next experience good or bad, but for now I am not happy with their lack of ethics and compassion.
NHS Right to Choose - excellent service
My daughter was advised to pursue an Autism diagnosis through adult NHS services as part of the outcome of a CAMHS ADHD diagnosis (that took 2.5 years and is still rumbling on). She contacted our GP end of June and just FOUR months later it's all done & dusted. She selected KT Healthcare because they showed the lowest waiting time and they certainly delivered a fast and highly professional service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Autism Assessment
My son was assessed for Autism through the right to choose pathway. I chose KT Healthcare and I had to write a review. The process from start to finish was made so much easier due to the amazing communication, professionalism, kindness and understanding of all the staff we came into contact with through our journey. My Son is Autistic, we now know. And we are so grateful the journey to that knowledge was through KT Healthcare. Thank you for all of your support and understanding.
Professional, efficient and empathetic
I can't thank Alex and Steph enough for their time compassion and empathy to my daughter. An autism assessment as the parent is emotionally draining but I was made to feel so comfortable and understood. No judgement.
My daughter struggles to speak with strangers, but she was made to feel at ease and no pressure.
The service was so quick and efficient and professional but with a human touch. I would recommend them 100%
Thank you so much
Amazing company, highly recommend
Cannot recommend this company enough. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, very professional and friendly. Used them for a RTC referral for my 10 year old daughter who masks well. After not being taken seriously by other professionals, KT Healthcare listened to all of my concerns and evidence and were very understanding. My daughter was very nervous for her assessment but the lady was so good with her that within 5 minutes my daughter told me I could go away. I received a call to confirm a diagnosis and the call was very informative. Just waiting on the final report now but the whole process from GP referral to diagnosis was just 9 weeks. All emails and calls were answered the same day and replies were always very helpful. Would give 100 stars if I could
Great Service - NHS Right to Choose Pathway
My son had been on the NHS waiting list for an autism assessment for over 3 years. I usually hate the adverts that pop up on social media, but the one for KT Healthcare was obviously meant to be - I contacted the company by email to ask if it would be possible to move over by Right to Choose and received a reply within 24 hours, confirming that they would likely accept a GP referral.
Less than a week later, my son was on their waiting list. We were able to send all the previous NHS documentation alongside KT Healthcare's own screening forms and questionnaires, which were all sent out to us in a timely manner.
We were both fully supported through the assessment process - appointments were remote and we were offered a choice of dates/times. The assessors were friendly, welcoming and very thorough, so huge thanks to Helen S for the ADOS-Informed Assessment, which my son attended on his own, and to Kelly G for the ADI-R Informant Review, in which we both participated. We would also like to thank the non-clinical staff for their administrative support.
The diagnostic process and timelines were fully explained, so we knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. My son is an adult, but was nonetheless quite daunted by the process of being assessed, but we couldn't have asked for a better experience or service than the one received from KT Healthcare.
Adult female autism assessment
Neurodiversity affirming adult female autism assessment via right to choose - thoroughly supportive and affirming of differences rather than highlighting things that were "wrong". Short wait for all stages of assessment. Lovely and highly skilled clinicians (FS&ER). Would definitely recommend.
Do not opt for this company with "Right to choose".
This company tried to report my review due to containing illegal material.
The above shows how self serving this company is. And how they're not truly concerned for the health of others.
This company took it upon themselves to personally condemn me.
They refused to help with my referral due to my case being "too complex" and have suggested to my GP that the NHS will be more suitable to help.
This has slapped on a 5-7 year wait for me and has as a result hammered the final nail in my coffin.
Given this was my last chance at receiving help, it's safe to say that I won't be around by the time the 5-7 year wait is up.
Thank you for proving that having the words family business attached to your website doesn't mean any extra care will be taken, and that at the end of the day you're only working to help those you consider "worthy" and "profitable".
