Ive ordered kozijnen for an entire project worth more than 43.000 euros. the work has started in march, and its been draging on ever since, last week i finally paid the last bill, but the quality of work is not good at all, montage guys are alright, but the production and sales have failed miserably. two days before delivery of keralit, we have been forced to change our agreed color because the one we agreed upon, and paid for months in advance suddenly wasnt available. that is first of all unacceptable. but ok, we changed the color to help you guys out. The entrance door that was delivered was already made before hand, so we got a front door that was grey, and keraliet that was brown. ok still no comprehension from your sales department. they offered us folie to cover up for their mistake, being prouds as ''we are giving it for free''. sorry to let you know, three weeks later, your folie is falling off. the production of things delivered is terrible.

1) i demand a new door matching the colour of my gevel, i didnt pay for a crappy folie, i paid for a good door. so please, i will take you to court for that.
2) compensation for the embarassing product you have sold to us. this is worth 25000 and not 43000
The NEW kozijnen are poorly aligned, have stickers on the inside, the glass is scrathed in between on the inside of a triple glas.
the mounteurs did their best, but this is for sales department in breda that was a pain in the ass, rude, unreasonable, trying to convince me that a folie on a door is something i should be grateful for, because, hey, he is giving it for free.
i repeat, guys that did the work were great, but this is not their failure. I cannot communicate with your breda office anymore, because they dont give a crap about the customers. i hope someone else contacts me this time because im done with excuses and ridiculous offers that are both quality/financially-wise in your own benefit.
