Believe Finance Reviews 

I approached this company via a Google search, as I was looking for a £15,000 personal loan at 'non-cowboy' rates, secured by a liquid asset valued at £50,000. That sounded to me like a 100% attractive bank lending proposition. But apparently not as the company informed me that none of the lending companies they deal with were prepared to offer me a £15,000 unsecured loan. Fine, not a problem. End of conversation. Well, maybe one problem. I wasn't looking for a £15,000 unsecured loan. I had made a Google search on 'secured personal loan' and I did not want either an unsecured loan or a loan secured on my property. Instead, I wanted the loan to be secured on a £50,000 investment holding of highly liquid and realisable Swiss kilogram silver bars. If Believe had made clear to me at the start of our conversation that they only offer unsecured loans and loans secured against a property they would have saved both me and themselves considerable time. I found this frustrating and annoying, especially for my application to be turned down by them on the basis of a completely inadequate assessment of my financial situation and creditworthiness. In short, they wasted both my time and theirs, and I would not recommend them because of this.

P.S. Having said the above, I am grateful that Believe has taken the time and trouble to respond to my above review, and to explain the company's position. At least one feels that the company responds in a constructive way to reviews like mine. Always a good sign.

I can truly say one of the best I have ever dealt with! I was faced with a difficult problem, working with the team at Believe, we made it work. The best weapon in Believe team is the team that see you to completion. Emily was a stand out star.

I have had a great experience using Believe Finance.
Emily was brilliant very helpful through it all nothing was a problem to her. I had regular phone calls and Emily always got back to me if I left a message.
Oliver was great also with the life insurance cover.
Also Micah was very helpful as well starting the process when I first contacted Believe for help.

I have been trying to remortgage for 6months with various issues arising throughout and Micah has been there every step of the way continuously checking in and updating, gave me lots of information due to it being my first remortgage. He has the patience of a Saint! Communication was amazing throughout and never waited long for a call back if required. They have managed to keep me on a decent rate given the industry at the current time. I had also been passed to Emily for the final parts who again explained things clearly and ensured completion went through smoothly.
I'm not sure I will ever use another broker if I do not need too.
I am so greatful for all of their help and can not complain about any aspect throughout this process.

I suppose the proof will be in the pudding, so to speak. They have helped reduce my potential mortgage increase almost monthly. I asked for help with 6 months to go where I could have been looking at nearly doubling my monthly mortgage cost. To date that has come down to about a 40% increase. A huge potential saving and still 3 months to go until I change. Will write another review if they keep reducing my potential increase. Very good and prompt service

I went with believe finance after reading the reviews, I can't fault them whatsoever Jake as managed my mortgage from start to finish the whole process as been really easy as Jake as done most of this for me with me just sending information through he as made it so easy and will happily Keep working with them would definitely recommend
