Even though the fridge is the same size as my old one, there is much less space inside as the door shelves encroach on the space inside the fridge itself

Have returned the washing machine and bought a different one.
Both the beco machines would not drain or spin if I could give a - rating i would give it a -150.

sent engineer after engineer out to fob us off that a dishwasher was working when it wasn't. 8 weeks in ans still no resoluton

Although the larder Fridge works well and suits our requirements, there are a few points which we do find a little disappointing.
Our previous fridge was a LEC turbo larder fridge the internal shelving and door shelving appears to be very flimsy, additional the rear panel was enclosed in the LEC was insulated, unfortunately on the our new fridge it’s exposed and tends to freeze items on the fridge shelves which accidentally makes contact with the rear plate or causes the items to get wet from condensation when the plate is defrosting.

Very noisy fan, woke me up in the night as it sounds like a helicopter!

Not the first Beko product we've bought. Our Beko fridge freezer is probably 15 years old and still going strong. We also have a Beko tumble dryer.
Buying a Beko dishwasher was a first choice.
The key difference between this and more expensive models is the control panels.
Like to 35° wash which is quick and deals with everyday dishes using the recommended Fairy tablets.
When carefully stacked holds enough dishes, glasses and utensils for two days with just the two of us, which makes it economical in use.
Would highly recommend this dishwasher.

Oven hasn’t worked from day 1 fan faulty in repairable current in the hands of the customer service team

I wanted a freezer for my garage and it fits the bill. So far it is working well.

Exerlant washing machine , large door , large drum , some of the programmes seem unnecessary long , seems to go on for far too long

I just find all products so reliable. I have oven, fridge freezer and latest washing machine. Good value and trust worthy. Well done Beko . Highly recommend.

No problems with product

We have not had a good experience with the Beko Fridge Freezer. It has not worked since it was installed. The fridge or freezer isnt cooling. Eng came and diagnosed needs the computer chips replacing. That was three weeks ago. Still no chips in stock and no closer to a repair. Family of four with a non functioning Beko Fridge Freezer. Not impressed.

I’ve purchased a couple of appliances from Beko, and I have to say, I’m absolutely delighted with both.

They’re solidly built, reliable and easy to operate, while still being reasonably priced. Like most people, I’m always looking for a bargain, but I also believe that quality matters — and with Beko, I feel I’ve got both.

I honestly can’t fault either of my appliances. They’ve performed exactly as I’d hoped and have given me no reason to complain.

Based on my experience so far, Beko will definitely be my first choice when I’m looking for appliances in the future.
