Awful, disorganized and hostile

Absolutely awful, disorganized company with hostile customer service. Ordered boots from them and they take forever replying to you via e-mail, so if you have a time sensitive question about refund, forget it, you will be outside of the refund window by the time they reply. Customer service is rude, if you look at their Google Reviews, the replies are the most passive agressive, inappropriate responses I've ever seen from a company.

Poor execution / customer services

Ordered more than 2 weeks ago for about 250 EURO. Still no update on order, shipping delivery says 3-4 business days. There is no movement on tracking number. When you ask them a question about the order they do not respond.
Curious to see product quality ...

Order was never shipped

I placed an order on the 26th of January. The next day I received the tracking code for the shipment, but here comes the problem: the package was NEVER actually given to the courier, only the label was created. The customer service is poor, they answered after a few days, only to reassure me that the "opened a case with the courier". I am going to ask for a refund from my credit card company ASAP. Unfortunately I did not check Trustpilot before buying.

Be very wary of this company

Dreadful company do not order from them. I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter at the end of November for Christmas. Despite assurances from the company that the shoes were being processed and delivered on time , I then saw from the delivery notification that they had been returned back to Spain. And had never made it to the Uk. I then asked the company for a refund as I had to buy another pair of shoes from a different company. I was told that they were looking into my refund and would contact me when they had more information. At the end of January I received the shoes. I obviously don’t want them now but the company will not refund my money although I have asked them to arrange collection of the shoes.

Horrible Customer Service and Inventory Management

Those recent 5-star ratings seem suspicious. I’ve never had to chase or remind customer service on a weekly or monthly basis, which is probably not even there.

They don’t have the product I ordered, even though it was pre-ordered and secured. That’s understandable. However, after giving me a voucher and making promises, they simply never delivered. Their assistance is lacking, yet their marketing emails are endless, telling many stories, but they don’t match their actual service and actions.

If the shop owner reads this, I hope you can prove me and every other negative reviewer wrong. We only posted these reviews because we’re done with this experience.

Poor quality shoes and a customer service that refuses to comply to their legal warranty obligations.

I ordered a pair of black coco boots in 2023 and wore then only for one winter 2023/2024 and during fall 2024. After this short time of wearing them, the sole went off on both boots. I contacted the customer service back in December 2024, again in January and finally two weeks ago. No one ever answered my mails. I asked very friendly for them to cover the costs of the cobbler. After reading all the reviews I understand, that they won’t answer. :(
tldr: Poor quality shoes and a customer service that refuses to comply to their legal warranty obligations.

Broke after 4 months

I bought black boots at the end of January 2024 and broke in May.
They were beautiful and comfortable, and very warm. At first I was really happy, but then I was very disappointed. I tried contacting them, asking them if they or I could still repair them. I didn't get any response, but I got a lot of spam mail.

I see now that the reviews are really bad, but a year ago they were really good.

Bad customer service

I ordered a pair of sneaker and returned them from Germany to Spain, because they were too small. They could not deliver it to the return address and Beflamboyant did not picked up the package at the service point for 10 days, so it came back to me. I asked them for help but they wasn’t helpful at all. They told me i have to pay the return costs again, although i did the return exactly as they told me.

Meh shoes, AWFUL customer service

I posted a review after the initial incident but there has been further developments. I ordered the shoes and attempted to cancel the order, as per their terms and conditions, within 30 days but they refused. Shoes arrived slightly damaged and I received a small partial refund as they claimed it was aesthetic damage only. 5.5 months after the order was placed, the sole half fell off one shoe and was showing signs of wear in the second. As I work an office job 4 days a week, this is very quick to break so badly. I attempted to come to some sort of resolution but they refused to do anything (I attempted return for a new pair, return for a refund and partial refund but they refused in every situation). The customer service representative was incredibly rude throughout the email exchange. I sought third party advice who told me legally the company must provide me with their equivalent of the Ombudsman, if they have one, but the company ignored this email. I am in the process of seeking legal advice. I have the whole email exchange saved as evidence of everything I have said.

Terrible quality, insanely rude company

There is a reason they no longer allow reviews on Google and you know it. Absolutely terrible company. Their old lines might have been great (I met people with very good experiences) but this company as is, is a scam. They will send you cheap broken shoes, terrible quality and it wil cost you a fortune to return them, taking weeks to get the rest of your money back. I hope no one else suffers from these thiefs.

I am shocked by the poor customer service and the poor quality of the shoe

I liked the look of the shoe "Black Coco". As I was not sure which size would fit me, I ordered two pairs of shoes as recommended on the Beflamboyant website. I applied a 50€ voucher to my order. I wanted to keep the size that fit me and started to register the return of the other size. Strangely, the voucher was applied to the returned item, so I will have to pay considerably more than they initially let me think. I have contacted Beflamboyant twice about this matter, but there has been no response from them. It has now been almost four weeks. I considered returning both pairs because of the higher price, but ultimately I decided to keep the pair that fit, because I liked the look of them. I wish I had returned both sizes, because now that I have worn them once the soles are already cracking in the front. So I contacted Beflamboyant again. This time they got back to me, but only to tell me that they wouldn't accept a return and that this was normal wear and tear. I have never had this happen to a shoe after only one wear. To me, that's a sign of poor quality. Also, including stickers and a bag for, I assume, promotional purposes, does not meet my definition of sustainability. All in all, I am really disappointed and expect better quality from such an expensive shoe and from a company that claims to be sustainable.

High customers and rude customer services

There are very high customs costs if you order from the UK (over £70). Whilst that can't be helped, it's worth considering if the shoes are worth £70 more than the original price. The main problem is when I spoke to customer service, there wasn't a standard 'I'm sorry you weren't aware but you do have to pay it' they said 'honestly I think everyone outside the EU knows this' either implying I'm stupid for not knowing, or lying about not knowing. Either way, I will never use them again.
