Scam. T-shirt ordered and arrived that looked absolutely nothing like the one sold. Refusal to refund even though I sent the shoddy one back to the address given. Avoid and spend your money somewhere else.

Total scam.
Order made 2 months ago, nothing has arrived. Much like all the other reviews. Money paid, no item has arrived, same bullsh*t excuse about items being held up, I have emailed multiple times over the last month and not received a response. What they’re doing is theft. I have no hope of getting my money back. Avoid companies like this!!!

DON'T ORDER IT'S A SCAM. Had the same experience as everyone here. Payed upfront (only option possible) got a confirmation email. Haven't heared from them in 2 weeks, sent an email asking for help -haven't heared back. Sent another email after a week asking for my money back. No response.

My experience is much the same as everyone else’s.My money taken straight away, T shirt supposedly on it’s way from China but held up. Never arrived.
Company has ceased trading. It’s a sham company.

Similar experience to people below - chased my T-shirt several times. Eventually arrived nearly 4 weeks after I ordered it! It look nothing like the picture on the web site and the transfer is poor and not straight! Emailed to ask for a refund, I’ve had a reply to say I can have a refund but that has never arrived... I’ve chased numerous times and am now being ignored!!! Please do not order from this web site!! I’m sure they will set up under a different name - if they haven’t already!

Same as the other reviews. Ordered a tshirt and it never arrived. I have tried emailing but no response. What a rip off!!

Can anyone tell me if there's any chance I could get a refund? I really don't want bright, cheap looking shirts!!!

Ordered around 2 months ago, still haven’t received my order.
Emailed multiply times with no response and they have stopped trading so can’t get my money back.
Awful company, totally appalling.

... arrived in 2 weeks, but was a much brighter colour than shown, with a plasticky transfer- not the the natural ethically produced product I’d expected...Also-it was posted from China, so apparently not kind to the planet or bees...

Awful experience. I ordered a pair of gold and silver bee earrings costing £30.00. I was sent a silver pair costing £20.00. This was some 2 months ago. I asked that I was sent what I had ordered and I would return the silver earrings. Instead I was offered a full refund of £30.00 and to keep the silver ones. I am still waiting. I had not appreciated that this company was not UK based even though the company title includes ‘UK’.

Do not buy from this website,as some other customers have mentioned I received some fobbed off emails from someone called Nikki.
Had a few emails but as yet still waiting for the returns email address as this T.Shirt is huge !!! The size chart is not to be used as you will be disappointed...
It took weeks to arrive and I am now concerned they have my details.
Please do not pay good money to these people. 🙁

Appalling. Highly likely this is a scam. I ordered a tshirt back in mid April. Its now early July. Still no tshirt. I got fobbed off by a couple of emails from somebody called Nikki in customer services telling me the tshirt was "stuck in China at the airport" due to delays with shipping caused by pandemic .... and then nothing. Now I read the company has ceased trading. What a rip off. Don't buy anything from this company!

Ordered a yellow top recieved a dark grey. Not nice sizing not fitted.

Tee shirt took weeks to arrive, sent wrong size. Material not the best and the bee is a cheap transfer. So disappointed. "Matt" replied to my first 2 emails, then just nothing. Can't get replacement or refund. Ripp off!!

CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS RE THIS SCAM COMPANY
I Ordered a tee shirt on 6th April, it arrived 10 weeks later, no delivery note enclosed and way too big despite using Bee Wholesome size chart.
It had been so long since my order I had to check my bank statements to find out who I had ordered from. I sent email to Bee Wholesome asking for address so that I could return medium tee-shirt for small size. I received an email from Matt suggesting that I wash tee-shirt as it may shrink in wash!
I emailed back to Matt saying I wanted an exchange and the ad had said money back guarantee if not satisfied, I wasn't even looking for money back, just a smaller size. No response despite follow up emails.
It seems there is no UK address for this company or at least if there is, it is being kept very secret. I don't believe for one minute this is an ethical UK company which is what the ad suggested and the reason for 10 weeks from purchase to receipt of tee shirt is because it came from China.
If you are looking for a lovely Bee Tee-shirt from a UK ethical company look no further than Simply Eco Life with excellent customer service.

SCAM. Very long delivery, no order confirmation/tracking, wrong article arrived and never received an update to my complaint. Will be now officially disputing the transaction with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Just like other reviews, the T shirt has never arrived, tracking data is useless, and
I’ve been fed lots of emails asking me to be patient when it’s clear it’s never going to arrive. The company refuses to give a refund, insisting its in its way. It’s just a big scam. Do not fall for it.

It has never arrived!!!!!!
Have emailed them and had no reply.
Id give zero stars if i could!
