Ordered my slow hayfeeder on the 18th yet still has not been despatched I've emailed them three times and they can't even be bothered to reply to any of my queries very disappointing I certainly won't be buying from or recommending them again!
I was unfortunate to order during transfer of ownership so my order took longer to arrive.
However, communication was good following my inquiry and my order still arrived in good time and was well packaged.
Had to wait a while but 2 beautiful nameplates with good likeness to horses. Quality item
7 days since I ordered my product and my order has still not been shipped. No communication via email other than a confirmation order. Will not use this company again when other companies offer next day delivery - waste of time.
