Very Poor Service.
Signal lost continuously.
During popular games page completely down.
I cancelled membership mid month and they cut off service even though I paid for the full month.

As others have stated and I've been able to confirm, they're reselling/drop shipping via the likes of Amazon
with cases over 100% markup on the retail rate. While touting themselves as a good honest family Australian operation they're behavior and conduct speaks volumes more then their self hosted reviews.

bought a product, heard nothing for 3 weeks, asked for an update and got a response saying they didn't have the product and had to cancel my order. Thanks for letting me know 3 weeks later.

Don't buy from here.
This website sells stuff at a MASSIVE markup, you can find things here that are on Amazon US for ~-150%
This is also a dodgy looking business, with the ABN not showing, and the website claiming to be doing business in Australia with no .au domain.
They also show a bunch of reviews from a now removed eBay account, which is completely irrelevant to the websites sales.
Steer clear.
