Have had the blade machine for just over 2 years. No issues, worked really well until the cooling has now packed up. Here comes the warning to future buyers. I have spent well over £1... See more

2l sub machine with no use. Bought a sub machine for my dad as his 60th birthday present and now the subs for this are being discontinued. I’m sure many people will be in the same boat but when I contacted beerwulf to see if they would as a minimum offer some discount to be able to use it for at least a short while longer this was not acknowledged. The customer service did not see to care in the slightest, and offered for me to spend a fortune on buying another machine instead. The sub machine its self was not cheap. I feel completely ripped off by this company

Ordered 2 kegs on Friday 12th, was promised delivery between 15-17th.
They turned up on the 13th! Outstanding!
Thanks Beerwulf.
Shocking service and non existent customer ‘care’. Ordered cruzcampo for my blade two weeks ago and DPD made one attempt to deliver (I got 2hrs notice of this) but as nobody at home, they took it back with no attempt to leave with neighbours has they have done in the past.
After numerous attempts to contact Beerwulf for an update and getting no reply other than an automated email response, I was told a week later that DHL had returned the kegs to Beerwulf!
I’ve s ince asked for updates via email on numerous occasions and I’m still waiting on a reply and still no sign of my order.
Absolutely shocking experience

disappointing experience!!!
Me and my family we’ve been a regular Beerwulf customer, we enjoyed using The BLADE.
Until the cooling system stopped function.
I contacted Beerwulf support with full details. They advised me about a replacement.
When the new Blade arrived it had the same issue like the old one, the cooling system is not working.
Why bother sending broken one to us, so stupid!!!
On their website they claim to value its customers, yeah right that's how they value customers, what a "fantastic" level of service.
I’m disappointed and I am not ordering again. I’ve always liked their products, They just lost one more customer.
I wish I could give no star

My daughter had purchased a machine previously as a gift that holds the 2litre subs. Recently tried to stock up again only to find a very low amount of stock and to be advised that these will no longer be available from end of this year. I’m sure many thousands of these have been sold in the past and they are all going in to the bin now. There should have been a reduced price sale of these 2ltr kegs for several months as an apology to all the customers who wasted money on a now useless machine.

Had my blades 3 years now and I only get them out this time of the year for the festive period, sadly this year I ordered 12 tiger kegs and so far three have been faulty, two the orange button was defective and a 3rd all it does is pour froth even after been sat 48 hours, so that's £120 wasted making each pint very expensive.

What a disaster of a company. They make great products but then ruin it by having the worse delivery model in the industry. Where has the world got to when a 55 year old is refused delivery because they don't have ID. The law states that proof is required at point of sale but not necessarily at point of delivery. I can have my shopping delivered from a mainstream supermarket with every type of alcohol included and all they need to deliver is the presence of an adult. I also have many wine subscriptions, they are more than happy to leave in the porch for me if nobody is in. Time to sell the machine and use one of the other main stream keg suppliers that do the decent thing and sell them in the supermarkets

Probably the worst thing I've ever bought , had to send back twice due to the cooler stopping working , and now its happened again but out of warranty nothing but hassle,

I’ve been a regular Beerwulf customer and have always enjoyed using The BLADE with their kegs — until my recent order (Order BWUK1849236). One of the kegs (Brixton Reliance Pale Ale) arrived underfilled, showing less than half capacity immediately after installation.
I contacted Beerwulf support with photos and full details, expecting a simple replacement or refund. Instead, they kept suggesting the issue was with my machine, despite the fact that I’ve used it many times before without a single problem.
The entire experience has been extremely frustrating — slow, dismissive responses and no accountability for a clearly faulty product. For a company that claims to value its customers, this level of service is unacceptable.
I’m genuinely disappointed and will think twice before ordering again. It’s a shame, as I’ve always liked their products, but poor after-sales support ruins the whole experience.

Shocking customer service. Currently arguing about Moretti Kegs they sold me for the blade machine, all froth coming out and being told my pour is the issue not the over pressurised kegs. Service non-existent.
Looks like from other reviews they used to be OK but no longer.

Fantastic service, highly recommended.
When my blade stopped cooling Beerwulf came to the rescue with fantastic customer service.
Over and above.
Beer kegs arrive when promised, great tracking service.
Can’t recommend enough
Just on my second faulty keg, phone number does not work, tried contacting them via contact form on phone, says it sent a code to my email address, never get their emails, AI is useless, ask me what fault I have with my machine, how can it not read, have a problem with keg and then ask me what problems I am experiencing with my machine , these kegs should be perfect and not over pressurised, all I am getting is foam when pouring and very cloudy and bitter tasting, have 2 machines, same fault on both, leaving this review in hope that they will sort out my email issue, they say they have been sent but I am not getting them, this is not the first time I have had faulty kegs, quality control is very questionable, I have a good mind to send this keg for testing to health and safety,

Unfortunately, Beerwulf use Yodel as a delivery partner. I ordered x2 kegs on 12th September. Yodel delayed the delivery with no information to say how long this delay would be for. I contacted Beerwulf who recalled the package and sent out a second parcel quoting delivery to be "within 1 to 3 working days". This was 4 working days ago. Today Yodel have marked the second package as being delayed and subsequently marked as "returned to sender".
I had very similar problems when I actually ordered the machine. Yodel held parcels for weeks at my "local" depot without releasing them. I believe they wait until it is convenient for them to deliver as opposed to fulfilling the contract between Beerwulf and the customer.
In short, do not buy from Beerwulf. They sell you an expensive machine but fail to get beer to you. I believe it's a failure on the part of their delivery partner however they have used that partner for some time without acknowledging the failures. Therefore the critical problem shows no sign of going away and I am afraid accountability lies with Beerwulf.
Go with their competitors instead.

Ordered 2 kegs, but obviously delivery driver just got off boat can't read English, my goods were stolen and customer service is well, I won't say, don't buy from these

Brought the blade countertop draught system and wow the machine is brilliant and the the beer tastes great and perfect temperature. The 8 keg is well priced and delivery was brilliant within 2 days I had the system then ordered another 2 kegs a day after and all came promptly. 👍🏼👌🏼
Really poor customer service. Been a customer for some time but recently 1 of the 4 kegs ordered made me quite poorly. When reporting this they just offered a replacement keg as compensation but given how poorly it made me thought this was really poor and had to persist with very little understanding from the customer service team. They then requested multiple photos and the collection of the keg for further investigation. They keep trying to fob me off with poor customer service responses (when chased) by trying to offer £10 as a gesture of good will. A gesture of good will when your product has made me ill!!. I have requested the keg is returned after their investigation (if sufficient compensation is not provided) so this can be forwarded to trading standards to complete their own investigation. I was then advised they will not return the keg that has been purchased and is still owned by me. I have not accepted any compensation so will be seeking further advise from trading standards if not resolved following their investigation. Still awaiting results and a response from the very poor customer service team. Very disappointing all round!

I recently bought a beertender , the main reason I bought this dispenser was because I’m fond of Heineken beer
The machine and the beer are great , no complaints there . My problem is that an adult has to be home to receive the beer and it’s often scheduled to be delivered during the day - why ?
Then you have buy the little pipes so you can connect the keg to the tender again - why ? If I’m buying for a beer tender the pipe should be included
The deliveries also pretty much always take about a week including the deliveries I of the little pipes , oh and an adult must receive them as well -
Lastly and probably most importantly the beer selection is very basic to say the least . Usually no more than 4 or 5 beers to choose from.
I have this thing for about 2 months now but I’ve finally had enough
This will be my last keg , great idea, poorly executed

Ordered Blade kegs and one of the kegs was wrong. They sent me an Austrian beer which I don’t drink and have no intention of drinking. Two emails with customer service so far and still not offered to send out the correct keg which I ordered and paid for. Only interested in me returning the incorrect keg whereas I’m more interested in receiving what I ordered and paid for ! To be fair they have also been good and the service has been great previously. Must just be getting a trainee in customer service - it’s not rocket science - give the customer what they ordered and do it quickly !

Terrible customer service. Received a keg with a damaged neck meaning it wouldn’t actually lock into the machine. Sent pictures 3 times and no one responded the final email I finally got a response 4 days later saying before they can assist me I need to send the batch number in.
Been 2 weeks since I brought the keg and they don’t seem very interested in collecting the damaged one or replacing.
The machines are decent but knowing they will just ignore you or try to draw out the process of resolving isn’t.
I’m sticking with PD as they are top notch at sorting minor issues out.
I’ll just have to raise a dispute with my CC if they carry on.
I would avoid and buy a perfect draft machine instead
