Have had the blade machine for just over 2 years. No issues, worked really well until the cooling has now packed up. Here comes the warning to future buyers. I have spent well over £1... See more

I would give zero, the choice of stopping to sell the TORPS in unbelievable… without providing any other option to still use the systems sold in the past

I have purchased from Beerwulf for a few years now and the beer is pure class especially the Gosser range.
My disappointment however is when they changed their delivery company to DPD. Not only does it take an extra 2 days to deliver they now charge me extra for delivery as they say I’m in a remote area???? I live 35 miles North of Aberdeen and have never been charged extra from any company because of where I live. One company did try but I refused to use them. DPD have delivered frequently to my home and have never charged extra. Why do beerwulf and DPD rip off their customers to line their pockets when they know that 35 miles from Aberdeen is DEFINITELY NOT a REMOTE address. Yet another tax on the working people the backbone of BRITAIN. It’s a disgrace and disgusting how they get away with it.
Just got a reply from Beerwulf. They send all of there products over Britain. Some places get charged extra because they are remote. We have a train station trains every hour Buses running every half hour. To me a remote place is very difficult to get to and requires a ferry a place in the middle of nowhere. But no it’s a place between Aberdeen and Inverness and I mean no one hardly goes on the A96. So forgive me if you say I stay in a remote town you are talking a load of rubbish. I bet most of you who make the greedy decisions have never been up this way. So please stop sending me all your links with facts just keep ripping off your customers as it’s the only delivery that charges extra to my address. Hope you are happy with your extra money that you rip off from customers and that you sleep well knowing so.

I have 2 beer subs which are now useless. Both were given to me as gifts and now beerwulf have discontinued the 2ltr torps. I wont be buying the blade either as there are a lot of complaints about it. Always loved the sub as it was compact and had a good range of beers available.
Do the right thing beerwulf and get the 2ltr torps back in production.

My wife bought me a compact sub Christmas 2023. In May 2024 it was announced that the machine was discontinued and that subs would be available for a max of 2 year. Just learnt that that these are no longer available post 2025. So disappointed if she had known she would never have bought the machine which is now useless. I will never buy anything from beerwulf again. I would not recommend any purchase from Beerwulf. I’ll replace the machine from a more competent company that has loyalty towards their customers
As of 06/02/26 I’ve now bought a Pure Draught Pro and enjoying a draft pint again. Beerwulf have lost a customer and judging on their reply they quite frankly don’t care

2 times now the products have turned up absolutely battered by DPD and missed deliveries when they are not attempting it at all. 6 cameras on 24/7 prove it. That's the issue with DPD which they chose to deliver these items. My issue with Beerwulf is the lack of response. I will be doing chargebacks, 4 kegs of Cruzcampo UNUSABLE. Smashed connectors and pierced bags. Last 2 deliveries are a joke and they haven't bothered to reply to my emails. Awful service and worse carrier choice. Might as well use Evri and we all know how bad they are

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Beerwulf.
I purchased a machine as a gift, only to later discover that the compatible consumables have been discontinued. This has left me with a machine that cannot be used for its intended purpose. There was no clear or explicit warning at the time of purchase that ongoing availability of these products was at risk.
Under EU consumer protection law, products must be fit for purpose and maintain reasonable usability over time. Selling a machine while discontinuing the essential consumables shortly afterward fails to meet this standard and places the burden unfairly on the customer.
Beerwulf has neither offered a satisfactory solution nor taken responsibility for rendering this product unusable. I therefore formally expect a refund, replacement, or appropriate compensation, in line with EU consumer rights. If this issue is not resolved, I will consider escalating the matter through official consumer protection channels.
This experience has significantly damaged my trust in the brand. I would strongly caution others against purchasing machines from Beerwulf without a clear guarantee of long-term product support.

We bought a SUB machine in 2020, only to now find out that they have discontinued the compatible kegs for that machine. What a truly abhorrent decision for your customer base.
I can see that you have responded to another review on here, where that customer expressed their lack of trust in ever purchasing another machine from you, and your response is that you have no intention of discontinuing the BLADE machine and therefore there should be no lack of trust.
What utter nonsense that is. Are you suggesting therefore that at the point that I bought my machine in 2020, you had the clear foresight that you would be stopping the production of that machine and it's kegs within a few years? If so - shame on you.
If not, then how could you possibly be offering reassurance that this same thing would not be happening again with one of your newer machines, in a few years time?
I've worked in corporations (large and small) for 20 years, and I have never experienced something so callous, solely company-centric, customer dismissive, and all round disappointing. You are failing to understand that what you provide is NOT a necessity. It is a luxury that people make a CHOICE to invest their hard earned money into, and as such your reputation, integrity, and brand image are pretty much the only tangible currency you really have.
You are in an industry where consumption of the younger generations is trending downwards, not upwards. And yet here you are, making decisions that could only ever be seen as foolish by the generations your product is geared to.

So I’m now writing another review I’ve had my machine since may since November they’ve changed delivery courier and I’ve had nothing but issues since and to now top top it off the machines broke down doesn’t chill anymore and considering you pay over £400 for the machine I expect it to last more than 7 months! I again express my feelings at how poor this company is so unreliable I really recommend staying away from them

I was gifted a Blade machine kit for Christmas which also came with a keg (Moretti)
The keg had been chilled for 20 hours in the fridge and then was left to settle once in the machine for over an hour and the Moretti keg produced foam at a high flow, beer came out all discoloured and tasted horrible, luckily we had ordered two kegs for over Christmas (Amstel and Alfa).
Both these kegs poured perfectly and had no problems with the experience of these two kegs. It has been a rather unpleasant process of trying to sort this issue out.
I have since ordered 4 more kegs. 2 cruzcampo as a deal and both perfect and poured a pint not a bother.
My latest purchase of 2 kegs was disappointing when the box came damaged with DPD tape used to secure the box that had been already opened, the two keg boxes also had been opened, both kegs had been out of both the outer box and the keg boxes, one of the kegs had clearly been dropped as the end of the line that the beer is dispensed from was broken off rendering the keg completely useless. The grey plastic around the orange button was also all damaged. Not really have much good to say about it all really.
And trying to get the problems sorted is just a back and forth in emails

What kind of business is this? We purchased a 2L machine like thousands of others. They decided to discontinue this mc without compensating loyal customers. Any other business that does this at least gives the customer a discount on the upsold machine. The customer service was also next to USELESS.
To reiterate do not buy this brand and go to a reputable company who treats customers properly.

They don’t sell gluten free beer ?
They sell vegan etc which is a choice to be vegan but it’s not a choice if you are a celiac, but a beer company that doesn’t sell gf beer is not a beer company

I had a blade machine for 5 years, gas went ordered a new on 19th dec arrived 20th, followed instruction and plugged in the fan didn’t kick in, was advised to try another keg and go through loads of steps followed them all
Was advised I can have a refurnished machine or have the broken one fixed bearing in mind it cost £400 and hasn’t worked, shocking customer service can’t actually speak to a person as the phone number doesn’t connect. Without a machine all over Xmas whole point of ordering one and now radio silence via email, really put me off!

Now resolved so have changed to 3 star.
Ordered two kegs of Cruzcampo for my Heineken Blade back in late October for use over Christmas. Tried loading the first keg on Christmas Day but it wouldn't connect due to the connector points being off centre. Replaced with the second keg and it worked fine, so no real drama. Reached out to Customer Services on Boxing Day and was asked by 'Xavier' to supply photos & the time stamp from the box itself, which I did within the hour after the reply. Xavier replied acknowledging that the connector points did indeed seem to be off centre and asked that I try to manually turn the neck of the keg and supply the original order number. I replied (again right away) explaining that I'd already tried that and it wasn't for moving, and that I did not have the original order number as I'd long since deleted the email confirmation. I pointed out that they must be able to pull this themselves from my order history with them, however I did not receive a reply. Sent a chaser yesterday asking for an update and either a refund or exchange, which has also been ignored. This is an object lesson in how to irritate a customer with a reasonable complaint - they appear to be doing everything possible to put blockers in my way and not refund the money spent (let alone apologise for the faulty product). If £40 is the price they put on my business (6 years of orders) then that's fine, I'll just go elsewhere and in the meantime raise a small claim which will include time, money and inconvenience.

Made 2 separate orders on 10/12 for Xmas as we are having a party.
Checked tracking and they sat in DPD for a week, then were returned to Beerwulf.
Sent several emails without reply.
Guess I will have to go to Aldi.
So my advice is if you want the product go and buy it from the shop! Keep an eye on eBay my beerwulf machine will be go on sale.

2l Subs were supposed to be available until 31st December 2025. None available on site today. Not really surprising from company that does not care about loyal customers.Heineken own Beerwulf suggest Sub owners remember this next time they are ordering in a pub.

I have been a loyal Beerwulf customer for over 5 years. Recently, they announced they are discontinuing the 2L kegs effectively rendering my 'The SUB' machine useless.
While products do reach the end of their life, the way Beerwulf has handled this is insulting.
Forced Obsolescence: My machine works perfectly, but they have unilaterally decided to stop selling the only consumables that make it work.
Fake 'Offers': When I asked for a solution, customer service offered me a discount on their new machine (The Blade). However, this 'offer' was just the standard sale price currently available to the general public on their website. It was not a loyalty offer; it was a generic upsell.
Ghosting: When I pointed this out and asked for a genuine loyalty discount to replace the hardware they are making obsolete, they simply stopped replying.
Warning to new buyers: Be careful investing in Beerwulf hardware (like The Blade). If they decide to drop support for it in a few years, you will be left with expensive electronic waste and a customer service team that tries to sell you the next model at full price.

Absolutely awful customer service. Bought a beer keg for my husbands 50th birthday for £149. They have now discontinued the 2L subs for them and you can't buy them anywhere else. The item is now useless! Contacted customer service who said they can't do anything. Didn't even offer me a discount on a new Keg...nothing. Avoid them.

Worst delivery and customer service. They have recently switched to DPD and the delivery times are a joke. On my recent orders they have taken 3 days from point of order just to apparently pick and pack it and generate a tracking number, then hand it to DPD on the 4th day. The it will take another 3 days or so to arrive. All in all it has gone from 2-3 days lead time with Yodel, to now 7+ with DPD.
At the same time the response to emails from customer service is pretty slow.
Biera moretti and tiger kegs are regularly problematic and very poor quality compared to cheaper cans and bottles.
The kegs aren’t available through any local network or supermarkets as with the perfect draft making it difficult to now source the blade kegs in time unless you meticulously plan ahead.
All round customer experience now very poor compared to previous years

My wife ordered two kegs
presents for Christmas
Got a box of World War Two merchandise from them with my wife’s name and address on the box
Contacted beer wolf numerous times by email USELESS!!!!
Tried ringing them for two days line busy all the time
Emailed again and left a our contact number no reply
Very bad customer service totally uninterested
But still no kegs
And money paid
If I could leave no stars I would!!

Beerwulf now use DPD courier service, who are the worst courier service in the UK. They now require proof of age at your door, which the previous couriers - Yodel never did. If you are not in (I.e. you have a job) DPD won't deliver and will send your order back to Beerwulf. Leaving you without your beer and you will have to chase Beerwulf via email for a resolution. I definitely won't be using them again. Perfect draft for me now.
