I bought a G45 Pro and the advert showed clearing shrubs etc with ease.
To be honest I found the tool to not do what it says on the tin.
I would not buy one again

Like everyone else I wish I read the reviews before I ordered product.
Order never received sent many emails they did not reply did not even acknowledge my emails .. CALLED THE ADVERTISED PHONE NUMBER ( IT DOES NOT EXIST)

They NEVER respond to any emails and quote a phone number which is too long. The G45 strimmer I bought is actually quite good but god help me if anything goes wrong!

Wish I had read these reviews before I bought from them. I will not be expecting any delivery any time soon . Avoid this company please don’t get ripped off like I did. Shame on these companies that are scamming

Ordered product paid extra for express delivery. No answer to emails, unable to phone as number given is unattainable. Dont touch this company. Looks like I've lost a lot of money.

I saw an advertisement online for a garden weed remover . I bought the good, paid full price. It took long time for delivery and today I just received one part of it. My good was not complete. There was no instructions how to put it together either!
Total rip off!
There is no communication with this company as they do not respond to my emails to discuss the issue!
I strongly advise you NOT to buy anything from this site ! It’s is scam ! 😡👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The Company Beehomie advertise under the banner of Garden Life UK. THE M70 PRO Power Washer I purchased did not contain the carry case as advertised and the soap bottle dispenser was broken. Having contacted the company via the online form and also via email that they provide as part of their 24/7 Customer Service.
They fail to respond, the Customer Service does not exist as they advertise.
I would prefer to give it zero stars, but there is no option to do so.
Avoid this Company at all costs.

I bought a strimmer from beehomiev last year October and it was faulty with some missing parts there was not even a order number I emailed them 4 times they never replied to my email and I can’t even send it back .i still waiting to hear from them very poor customer service I don’t recommend them go somewhere else

Please be aware of this company. I purchased a pressure washer which didn’t work. After numerous unanswered emails to them I contacted my bank who instigated a successful charge back, the company responded immediately. I sent a video as requested by the company with the item not working & have heard nothing since. AVOID

This business is rubbish - do not buy from them. Ordered outdoor lights and the led wouldn’t light up my back pocket let alone a path. The casing is thin and plastic with huge gaps and exposed battery and circuits. Scam company! Avoid!

M70 Pro cordless jetwasher. (no order number) cost £59.90 Credit card debit on 02.05.2026, The machine is worthless: it came in a damaged box and the battery will not charge. This is my second email to you, and your phone number is not recognised. I have instructed my bank to chase this refund request for me.

I noticed ASDA stocked the same machine for £49.99 which also did not work, and ASDA refunded instantly. I should have known something was wrong when you didn't supply an order number for the transaction.

I have photos of the broken box, wrapping, poor instructions, and the machine.
Tell me how to return this defective item to you, and please return my payment asap.

I am an old age pensioner (75) and can't afford to lose £59.90

Bad experience!!!! It's a con!! The product I received is far from what was advertised. The website looks professional and in reality there is nothing professional about BeeHomie.
Expensive product advertised. Instead I Received a cheap, plastic substitute that does not work. Wrapped in a bin liner. Plug does not work. BTW waited for it to arrive for 2 weeks. Customer services ignored my enquiry. The phone number on website does not work. £60 down the drain. Awful!!!!!

It has been months since the arrival of my pressure washer in a broken box with parts missing unusable!
Have sent numerous emails daily sent photos still no reply.Have now lost £50 this company should not be advertising as their returns policy is just non existent, no reply off any member of this company

This company is not as the website describes regarding customer support. Had a problem with the item within a day, the contact number is a premium rate number (which my plan doesn't allow me to dial), no response to e mails or online help form. Be cautious about ordering.

Purchased the shovel and cleaner separately over time rather than committing to a full bundle. Each item works reliably for what it's designed to do. The built quality is sturdy enough that I expect them to last multiple seasons with normal care.

Used it weekly and it never let me down, but I wish the manual had included a maintenance schedule so I wouldn't have to guess when to clean the air filter or check for wear. Performance stays consistent though, which is really what matters in the long run.
