poor service - started off really helpful and good value for money - soon discovered my property was not being properly checked every 6 months. When I moved to another estate agent, there was lots of repairs I was completely unaware of before.

Now trying to chase a deposit back due to state property was left in - not getting any repsonse from Annette or Dawn. Ashame as their service values has dropped so significantly from a couple of years ago.

No response to emails or telephone calls.

I'd like to give a special mention to Lydia, Annette and Dawn for all of their efforts and support throughout the process.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to let or sell a property if looking to partner with a highly professional outfit, offering clear and prompt lines of communication, quick to act in resolving matters big or small and genuinely nice people to work with.

Annette was very well informed and professional. When the time comes to rent out my mother's flat, will definitely be using Beebys property services.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Annette put my rental property on the Market and within seven days the property has been let at the full monthly price. Annette is so friendly and helpful but at the same time very professional. If you are thinking of letting your property then please give them a call you wont be disappointed. Thank you once again.

Annette was very professional, despite difficult working conditions. Our flat was rented on the fiirst day of viewings. I'd recommend Beeby's over other agents who may sell/rent more properties but don't offer such a personal service.

We emigrated 5 years ago & will be returning in another 10 years. But we wanted to keep our family home & rent it out. We used a well known estate agent for the 1st year, but they didn't communicate or look after our property well enough.. We had the tenant from hell & had to ask them to leave after 10 months.

We were recommended by a friend to use Beebys rental services in Market Deeping. Luckily, for us we stumbled across an absolute gem of an estate agent. They have managed our property for over 4 years, they regularly communicate with us & oversee any work or issues with our property. They advise on what we should do & also support us with professional tradesmen for odd jobs that need doing to maintain the property.

They are a small family run business & personally I would highly recommend anyone renting a property to seek them out & avoid the big high street names - who really don't give you the attention you deserve - especially as you are paying them for this service.

Beebys go over & above the norm - so if your looking to rent your property or even buy a new one - then I recommend you give Annette or one of the team there a call.
