Avoid

Same as previous reviewer. I ordered, paid with paypal. This took a few goes to work and I nearly put my credit card details in. Glad I didn't. They accepted the order, then nothing. I sent a couple of emails asking for delivery updates to which I had no response. Two weeks later (delivery was supposed to be within 2 weeks) I got the email with 'refunded' at the bottom. They have refunded my money but I can't help thinking this is some sort of scam to get credit card details. The bed I ordered is still on the website and says it is in stock. Poor. Would suggest even if the price looks good, this is one to avoid.

extremely poor customer service

extremely poor customer service. Small company with an obnoxious person answering the phone. Company sent an email with the word "refunded" at the bottom expecting me to know that the bed wasn't in stock and wouldn't be delivered. No apology and they seem to think it was my fault phoning up to ask - well Mr Bed Store, sorry for bothering you.
