When I first unwrapped this and let it expand I was so excited! I loved the way it felt right away, the thickness is great, and the firmness seemed just right for me. Me. I couldn't wait to get it on my bed. After waiting the 48 hours I was able to get it onto my bed, the straps to attach it are great and super helpful, and it fit perfectly. When I tried laying down on it, I couldn't wait to go to bed because it felt so good!
Here's where the problem comes in for me, unfortunately. This mattress pad is way too hot for me. I've been waking up sweating every night, and unable to fall back asleep. It is so comfortable and I wanted to love it so bad, but It just isn't for me. I am a hot sleeper, but I thought this had cooling foam that might make it work for me. It is a great product, but just not for me.
I will say that I am super bummed or stressed out I guess trying to handle the return process. It is supposed to go in the original box, but now that it has expanded it is way way too big. I don't own a vacuum sealer like the other reviews are saying. I'm trying to figure out what to do before the return window closes, I will edit this and let you guys know if I figure something out! Hope this helps somebody

I am feeling comfortable with this foam topper , my hips were pain when I got up every morning for 2 years, l did buy one extra firm mattress, but felt it too hard and middle part getting down after 3 months. Then I started to looked for foam toppers a lot on websites,then i choose this one 3 months ago, when I buy I was thinking if this one it’s good, I Will write a review for it,
So today I just can tell : I love it! Feel it very comfortable,sleeping good. hips pain almost gone. high recommend it , give 5 stars. Thank you.

Buyer Beware
Bought a mattress with a 10yr warranty, mattress started off decent, then started to sag and lump. Contacted CS who asked for order number, pictures etc… told me give them a day, 3 weeks later and 3 requests for updates no response from CS…. Buyer Beware

Bad mattress & Bad service
Bought a mattress that was okay for 2years and then started to sag.
Contacted the company, they ask for pictures. Send them and then never heard back from them in over a month.
Cheap stuff DONT BUY you can have better mattress and better WAY BETTER SERVICE for not much more money

Horrible mattress, Unethical Company
Horrible mattress quality with bad chemicals that are off-gassing. They do not respond to customer inquiries. Unethical, and no way to return the mattress as they do not respond.

Scammers!
I received a flimsy, cheap mattress. I was beyond shocked and sent an email to get a return started. (You cannot speak with anyone and there’s no contact info except an email). The first email I sent— I received a response questioning why I would like to return it and them wanting to “fix” the issue. I responded with my honest opinion and they never responded again. I’ve sent 3 more emails since then. No response. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Service and shipping good, product not so much
Service and shipping was all good, however the product doesn't offer any support. Would start out in the evening feeling comfortable, but after a couple of hours from my shoulders to hips the topper compressed to a half inch thickness, and felt like I was laying on the floor. Didn't have the body cradling feeling I was hoping for. Am 6' and 200lbs, and this happened after about 3 weeks. Product also made in china. Would not recommend.
