I was unable to use the mattress topper for a number of different reasons. However I am extremely satisfied with BedStory for the compensation they are providing.

I ordered two mattresses from you on eBay in 2021. Unfortunately, I noticed that one of them had a dent in the hip area in 2024. I weigh less than 80 kg.
Bedstory promises a 10 year warranty on the product when purchased. However, the response I received was that it has been 3 years since my order was placed and they will not do something about it.
Even though I have the invoice and documents, they denied that they give a 10-year warranty on their products.Unfortunately, the matratze is now a trash.

I purchased thru Amazon and they were pretty much worthless but I emailed Bedstory and they were responsive, they followed up. They had perfect customer service and solved my problem.

SCAM, stay away. They refused to return my mattress according to their return policy and offered me a 40% discount instead.

The mattress didn’t initially expand to the height as described. When I wrote to customer service, they were really quick and helpful to find a solution

The topper is great! I knew it was because I was a guest at a friend's home and the guest room had the bedstory mattress it was so comfortable. I had already bought a new mattress so 8 got the topper.

So convenient to order and receive at home. Let it sit for 48 hours before sleeping on. The firmness is perfect. Very satisfied with the comfort and quality of the mattress.

When I first unwrapped this and let it expand I was so excited! I loved the way it felt right away, the thickness is great, and the firmness seemed just right for me. Me. I couldn't wait to get it on my bed. After waiting the 48 hours I was able to get it onto my bed, the straps to attach it are great and super helpful, and it fit perfectly. When I tried laying down on it, I couldn't wait to go to bed because it felt so good!
Here's where the problem comes in for me, unfortunately. This mattress pad is way too hot for me. I've been waking up sweating every night, and unable to fall back asleep. It is so comfortable and I wanted to love it so bad, but It just isn't for me. I am a hot sleeper, but I thought this had cooling foam that might make it work for me. It is a great product, but just not for me.
I will say that I am super bummed or stressed out I guess trying to handle the return process. It is supposed to go in the original box, but now that it has expanded it is way way too big. I don't own a vacuum sealer like the other reviews are saying. I'm trying to figure out what to do before the return window closes, I will edit this and let you guys know if I figure something out! Hope this helps somebody

The delivery process, the quality and comfort of the mattress. And the excellent packaging on this product! My sleep has already improved so much!

I am feeling comfortable with this foam topper , my hips were pain when I got up every morning for 2 years, l did buy one extra firm mattress, but felt it too hard and middle part getting down after 3 months. Then I started to looked for foam toppers a lot on websites,then i choose this one 3 months ago, when I buy I was thinking if this one it’s good, I Will write a review for it,
So today I just can tell : I love it! Feel it very comfortable,sleeping good. hips pain almost gone. high recommend it , give 5 stars. Thank you.

Bought a mattress with a 10yr warranty, mattress started off decent, then started to sag and lump. Contacted CS who asked for order number, pictures etc… told me give them a day, 3 weeks later and 3 requests for updates no response from CS…. Buyer Beware

It was gift for someone who was having back problems. They said that it was very firm and it made a big difference.

Bought a mattress that was okay for 2years and then started to sag.

Contacted the company, they ask for pictures. Send them and then never heard back from them in over a month.

Cheap stuff DONT BUY you can have better mattress and better WAY BETTER SERVICE for not much more money
