I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase of the OnePlus 13 from BecexTech. I couldn't believe it when the phone arrived just 4 business days after I placed the order—that is super quick delivery! On top of the impressive shipping speed, the price was significantly cheaper than anywhere else I looked. It is genuinely rare to find such a fantastic deal without having to compromise on shipping times, but BecexTech nailed it.

The service experience was just as good as the savings. Communication throughout the process was excellent, ensuring I was kept informed every step of the way regarding the status of my order. I ordered a refurbished Samsung Z Fold 6 for $1636.00. It took over 2 weeks to get to me, then after a couple of days the middle screen developed a black spot which grew into a black strip over the coming days. I spoke to Becextech and they wanted pics to proove that I hadn't damaged the phone. I supplied the pics, so they told me to send it to them for warranty repair. I posted it 3 Jan 26 and Aus Post reported it delivered 6 Jan. They denied receiving it and required proof. Luckily I had sent the phone by registered post. 2 weeks later they then found the phone, inspected it, and told me that I had damaged the phone! I could either pay for repairs or pay them $55 to send it back to me. I demanded that they show me pictures of my damaged phone, which they have not yet done. Nor have they provided a quote to repair it. I always have to chase them as they never contact me. Their company address listed with ASIC is invalid.

I purchased a Samsung s23 ultra from the Amazon site and within the week the screen went black so I requested a return. They received the mobile on 2nd January 2026 and now its emails back and forth and no input on refund or repair as per company policy.
We will never purchase from them again and do not recommend anyone else either

It's the lack of communication. And still waiting for my phone to turn up as has been in transit since about the 1st of this month. The post there ends says it's Ben delivered all ready and it has not. Because I live in new zealand so work that one. It's been a on going this for the last 3 months.

Samsung S25 Ultra has Hong Kong firmware which has regional restrictions for functionality that is not restricted in Australia, like esim. Also, digital keys for some car models won't work because the firmware is from a different country. This is not disclosed in the product description. Have reported to the ACCC.

Great customer service, sorted out small issue quickly with quick reponse to my contact. Item was perfect quality, boxed and delivered fairly quickly.

The price quoted was the best , more than $200 cheaper than elsewhere so what was the catch? I found none. I placed my order late on a Friday I didn't get any updates until the following week, when I emailed for an update I got a quick response which was reassuring. My new phone arrived on time and in perfect condition.

I am really disappointed and frustrated. I paid for Express shipping for my parcel that I bought from Becextech to be delivered. It took this company 2 Days to process and dispatch. Some company' you dont even have to pay extra and your order is getting process and dispatch on the very same day. 2nd thing I an not happy with is that it is the 3rd day after the parcell is dispatch and UPS did not even pick the parcel up yet. Considering I payed for Express Shipping and it takes so long.
This is pathetic servie and will never buy from Becextech again.

I received my phone in excellent condition. It took me some time to order it online, but everything else was good.

Bought a CN model OnePlus 13 with global flash. Advertised to work perfectly. Phone goes through a boot loop when ever connecting to home wifi or any network drop. Tried discussing with support and they confirmed that it's a software issues due and the device cannot be updated. Thus making it a major fault. They wouldn't agree and refused to offer a refund garentee or replacement unless I sent the device back first. Meaning I could be without a phone for months needing to buy a new one in the meantime, but they can also refuse refund or repair during that time leaving me with a $1400 device that I cannot sell or use. So not only would I be out having to buy a new one but they could deny me refund having me be out of pocket. I use to recommend this seller but please do not buy from them.
