Ordered a mobile phone.
Took a while to come! Nearly 3 weeks.
When asked, they responded clearly and telling me that it should be on it way with tracking number.
It arrived soon after.
I have received the phone and very happy with it after a few days.

Super fast delivery of phone. Was not aware phone case & screen protector on same order was sent by separate method though, was only advised after follow up. Still waiting for these items at time of review about a week after phone received. Otherwise would be 5 stars.

The becextech and their Shipping company don't have contact numbers, the shipping was not good at all, I ended up sent email to the becextech and waited for the shop Gave me the shipping company contact number. I have to pick it up at the local shop instead of shipping to my place.

At the time of ordering I did not realize I was purchasing a refurbished phone but it was delivered in an as new condition and works well hence the 5 star review.

My phone arrived promptly and in excellent condition. There was initially a problem with the cable but once I made the company aware of this they quickly replaced it.

They sent me the wrong phone and it took a while to sort out with a lot of emails back and forth. Eventually it was along with a lot of thank yous for my patience but with a lot of time wasted. The phone itself seems good and I am happy with it so far.

Quickest service with Shipping updates tracking.
I still have to check though the device specifications, battery and software.
I am sure it will be great otherwise I will be in touch with BecexTech.

I got the phone I ordered within five days and it seems fine. However I am surprised that I did not receive a charger with it. Fortunately I have a Samsung charger but if I didn't would have been quite annoyed as I have nowhere to purchase phone bits, hence buying a phone online sight unseen. Good price but I would have liked to have been given the option to order a changer with it.

Misleading and deceptive conduct. Display click through pricing on pop-up ads that is not available when you click through to the web site. Waste of time and aggrevating. Purchased elsewhere just to feel better about their deception!
