The whole thing has been a mess
The whole thing has been a mess! I ordered a product off of them on the 25th. A little bit more than a week later I received an email saying my package has been delivered. The package never arrived. It has now been three or four days since I reached out to them to see what is going on but not a single person responds to my emails. There is not good contact number for them listed anywhere on their website and their customer service has been the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They are fast to take your money but take ages to take action or accountability! Would never recommend this to anybody! If I wanted to feel as stupid and not important as they made me feel I would’ve just been playing in traffic instead
As of right now, I still have yet to hear back from them as to what could have happened, an accommodation or an apology for the mishap!

I am obsessed! I was skeptical about the quality of the hair, but it’s outstanding. My whole life I’ve always straightened my hair and wore extensions, but as I’ve gotten older I really wanted to embrace my natural curls. Bebonia has been amazing so far! I originally ordered the curly ash blonde extensions but they were on back order. I contacted Bebonia to make sure I ordered the correct extensions for my hair and turns out I did not. They have worked with me every step of the way to ensure that I get the right color and curl pattern. I can’t wait to receive the correct set of extensions in spiral lightest blonde!

I love that I finally found curly hair extensions. They match my curl pattern just right. This is my third purchase. They’ve lasted me over a year after good care. They do get ratted after some time. I have purchased the ponytail as well but somehow did not work for me. I would love to see a curly hair topper soon!

Since getting the long curls, my confidence has been boosted :)
I ordered the Ash Blonde Spiral Clip-In Hair Extensions (220g) from Bebonia. The customer service was excellent—very responsive and helpful! I reached out via Instagram with several questions, and I always received quick replies, which made the process smooth and reassuring.
Unfortunately, the color wasn’t quite as expected based on the photos and videos; it didn’t match my hair perfectly. I ended up needing to have the extensions professionally bleached at a salon, but thankfully, they handled the process well without any damage to the extensions.
Overall, I’m very happy with the product's quality, and I appreciate the excellent customer service.

Can’t be human hair or overly processed
Texture is good when you first get it and shipping is crazy fast, but will mat up within 2-3 weeks of wearing no matter how well you’re taking care of it. Will not last longer than 2 months at all. They remove any of these reviews from their site though
