I ordered shampoo from your store that was supposed to fit my needs based on the product description. When I placed my order, the system showed that the shampoo in question was in stock, but for some reason, it was actually out of stock. I asked for a refund, and they gave it to me. The salesperson was polite and showed me other options. But I couldn't find the shampoo I needed in the size I needed.

The soap packaging has been opened and…
The soap packaging has been opened and the soap is visually damaged. I collect soaps and this was a big disappointment. I will probably never order from here again because of the poor quality. One drop of tar ruins the whole honey pot.
