This app is completely useless. Does not follow your body type or color pallets at all. You can give feedback for outfits but it doesn't correct for your suggestions. Agree with others that the clothing is for elderly ladies who lunch.....

I have been using the site for several months. Found it very helpful when planning a fall New England vacation. Effective minimalist outfis made packing a dream.
Useful "try on me" app helped me realize styles. However sometimes it does not work.
I am a 77+ woman and dress in a classic style. Outfits provide inspiration to look 10 years younger.

Not great: wrong season clothing for southern hemisphere, suggested outfits don’t match profile or profile settings. AI Assistant can’t do the most basic outfit results eg “not sleeveless” resulted in three sleeveless outfits being suggested.

In response to your reply your support team have not been able to assist and training the app isn’t working- it is showing me winter outfits and I’m in the southern hemisphere!

I signed up for a week trial and after looking at what styles they offer I decided to cancel on day 2, it’s impossible to find where to notify them of my cancellation since I did it through their app, will now be charged for a full subscription. This is a scam!

This is fraud. You charged my credit card even though I clearly cancelled the automatic renewal and the subscription.
Your advertisements do not accurately represent what you actually offer within the app.
I have reported you to Apple, as you are bypassing their platform to make direct charges to bank cards.

Took a trial and they charged me for subscription without any notification.

DO NOT USE!!! This company is absolute trash. I used the quiz and allowed one charge for the results, NEVER signed up for a recurring charge and have since been charged 8x totaling over $400. The company states they “can’t find my subscription to cancel since it was set through Apple” but there’s zero subscription in my Apple account. They keep claiming they see nothing on their end, but they’re trying to take my money.

This is a fraudulent garbage company; they have made repeated fraudulent and unauthorized charges on my card.

The app is fine for AI style advice. I paid for a 7 day trial and it has now been one week. They have charged my card nearly $200 over 5 transactions. I have repeatedly told them to stop and they have continued to charge my card. I’m going to have to get a new card to make them stop. Just don’t.

It’s not a perfect app. It’s not down to the tiniest detail of your personal look, but it is a good app for exploring your style and getting ideas for outfits, shopping lookalikes and challenge your self-criticism. The subscription add ons are a bit annoying on the app though, be aware of what you’re purchasing or agreeing to.

This company has charged me twice for a subscription I never signed up for. I called and let them know I didn’t sign up for a subscription. They argued I did. Apple disputed the charge. This was several months ago. Today they charged me again. I have again disputed the charge. It is a hassle having to cancel my credit card so they will stop but evidently that’s the only way they will stop charging me.

The app showed clothes that were not in season. I want to cancel, but there is no option in the app.

After filling everything out and paying for the subscription I was not able to get into the app and was not able to contact anyone fromt the company until my credit card company was able to find a way to contact them. I ended up getting charged for 2 months and they would not refund my money. When I tried to long into the app, it would say that my email address to did not exist for there app

I tried the quiz to see what kind of 'profile' would result. The style choices were not for me. The high-priced clothing suggestions were quality brands, but not practical for my budget. I emailed customer support to cancel my subscription. I received automated acknowledgements. Yet, I was billed 2 more times. I used my given account number in each email, but I was told my account could not be found. Then I was referred to the online support area which was useless. Finally I received a proper email reply after calling my credit card company. The result is that the funds cannot be reversed.
Stay away from FB quizzes for merchandize apps. There is the same type of app with a new name. Be alert.

You get nothing and then they try to keep charging you so I am shutting down my card because I can’t figure out how to get ahold of them.
Totally a ripoff.

This is scam. No means to access the account was provided until after I got hit with a recurring charge I never agreed to.

Edit: responding to the comment by the company below. I did reach out. I was told, despite receiving no welcome email or account info, that no refund could be given. They then provided me with the info needed to access the account for the remainder of the billed period.

Stylio is fine at presenting choices for various age groups, not forgetting older age. The clothing, footwear, bags, and jewellery are all lovely. However, I found it somewhat limiting for a true shopping experience. I liked it but not enough to continue the subscription.

Stylio helps with everything. I even got assistance for trying on the outfits. Amazing. This AI really has his shit together. Thank you Stylio 😜😎🙃

I had to pick a star just to get to this part of the review, I would give them Zero stars. This is a SCAM!!!

I ended up with two charges due to a fraud alert from my bank which I have been unable to cancel. Now I cannot access either of the two subscriptio s that I paid for and neither is visible in Google Subscriptions so I cannot cancel to avoid being charged twice again. Totally disappointed because I am paying twice and receiving absolutely nothing. AVOID THIS APP. Horrible customer service and not what is promised!!!

This app is extremely helpful with deciding what I would look like in clothes before I try them on myself. It's still in the honeymoon period but let's see how I go. So far so good.
