Sent the wrong item

Ordered and they sent the wrong item. Have tried emailing but they’ve not gotten back to me to resolve , so now I have two of the wrong product and none of the one I actually wanted

Eyebrow pencil

I was sent the wrong colour eyebrow pencil, but the reply to my email and refund, was quick with no fuss, so sorted, I’d buy from them again.
