Placed an order on 02/08/21. Currently 12/08/21 and still waiting on my order. Have sent emails and have been told it’s finally dispatched!!!!
Order should’ve been here in 2-5 days… would not recommend.

This is the first time I have shopped with this company to buy shampoo and conditioner, their pricing is great and the service fab. I did contact them about my delivery and received a prompt reply to my question, received my items within 48 hours, will deffo use them again.

The worst customer service ever I have ordered hair colour I haven't received it and wrong tracking number DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE IS awful.

Placed order on 19.06.21... realised what still didn't received order !!! Put a complain by an email,received an email what order despatched on 05.07.2021 !!!! No tracking provided!!! Today 12.07.2021 and still didn't received order!!! Don't order from them!!! Hopefully will get my money back.

DO NOT USE this company unless you want be messed around and end up paying twice for delivery. My order was placed on 24th June they took my money on 26th. I contacted them on 1st July to enquire why I hadn’t received anything then got half of my order 4 days later. I queried why I only received half my order then they dispatched the remainder but didn’t pay the postage!! You have been warned.

I ordered 3 items on the 14th of July, no dispatch confirmation received 2 weeks later. I emailed customer service who said it would be dispatched on the 29th. Fine everyone is having staffing issues and stocks have been affected since Brexit. However, when the order arrives it's for the completely wrong item and in a box way too large so had to be collected from the local post office. Really not worth ordering from here, wouldn't recommend it.

Read the reviews before shopping here. They take your money and don’t give you any updates about when your order will be shipped. It has been over a week for my order and I have contacted them multiple times across their platforms which they don’t respond to or when you finally get a hold of them on WhatsApp they start ignoring you. Very poor customer service. When I finally got to talk to an advisor they told me it would be shipped out in 4-5 days which it wasn’t so I contacted them again and they told me that they don’t have the items in stock I have asked them for a refund which I haven’t received yet. I don’t want anyone to make the same mistake as me, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from here.
