Beals Mortgage & Financial Services Reviews 

Two years ago my fixed rate mortgage was nearing its end date and I was due to contact my mortgage provider, as I usually do, to see what rates they had to offer, I also decided to obtain quotes from other mortgage providers. I contacted Chris Poynter at Beales, she was very helpful. With my previous mortgage company I had a part repayment and part interest only mortgage. Chris advised I could change my mortgage to just a repayment mortgage, the company I was with didn’t offer this option to me when I contacted them on previous occasions. Chris was able to extend my mortgage by 5 years with a competitive percentage rate and she halved my monthly payments! That two year deal expires March 2026 and already Chris has contacted me for a mortgage review and again she has saved me more on monthly payments. Brilliant service, Chris is so efficient!!

Our mortgage adviser, Tracy Farrington, provided an excellent service throughout. She sourced us the best mortgage to suit our requirements demonstrating an excellent understanding of our needs at every juncture. Her communication was helpful at all stages and through her guidance we were able to secure our mortgage without any issues. We highly recommend Tracy.

My pension advisor Daniel Pyle at Beals is very good at advising me of all my options when it come to my pension and what is available now and in the future and what the future forecast might be and I do feel that due to not being rushed when seeking advise I am able to ask questions and have them explained in a way that I can understand which is very helpful has having the knowledge gives me the confidence to be able to make decisions about my future and any thing that I need to do to have a retirement with the knowledge and the information that Daniel Pyle has given me which makes it easier to have the confidence to use this company and to have a advisor who is very helpful and Iwould highly recommend this advisor and the company to whom he works has this is the most important decision you are going to have to make and at when something has important has this you need to have a advisor you can speak to and trust.

I had a meeting with my advisor Trevor Wallbridge. He went through all my details, told me how well my pension was performing which is excellent news.

This review follows receipt of Beals's Written Report, following my Annual Review meeting with their Advisor, Will Ashley.
The Report was clear and well-written, in user-friendly language. Evidently, time and trouble had been taken to ensure that its contents were understandable to all.
The contents of the Report captured our discussion, with one notable exception. I have raised this with Will Ashley and await his response.
Generally, I would say that, in respect of these Reviews and Reports, Beals have raised their game.

Ok hopefully now I can get my pension

A really lovely team of advisors, especially Chris M, always on hand to answer questions and advise where appropriate. The yearly reviews are really helpful to ensure the pension is on the right track, but they call you mid-year if they recommend a change to any products. Really reassuring to have them assisting with and looking after my private pension.

I received good advice from my advisor and the decision I made was implemented swiftly and successfully.
