Roland fp10 b-stock uncomplete
I've bought a B-stock of a Roland FP-10. The music stand was missing. The customer service said to me that they don't guarantee that the B-stock can have all the parts. So you basically save something because it's incomplete (but you don't know what it's missing until you receive the package).
Plus, the keyboard was really dirty and the packaging material contains way too much plastic.
The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. They took my money and sent nothing. No customer service nothing. So surprised how there is still a company like this.

Unfortunately an item was lacking (some Fender straplocks) but thanks to the great customer support everything was sorted out ASAP (thanks again Josue!). Will buy again, highly recommended.

Good prices (Ipurchased a B-stock item that was in as new conditions) good communications both by email and phone (very rare nowadays in e-shopping) and fast shipping within Europe. There was a problem with the billing for the shipping and I got a partial refund in no time (for the extra shipping cost...the gear Heritage Audio Successor I'll keep it for sure!) Very very good!

B stock Purchase
I was looking for a contoured case for my Jazz Bass and the SKB 1SKB-FB-4 was my best option as many of the cheaper ones will fit only a Precision. I was lucky enough to find a B Stock one, reporting only a damaged carton so I decided to go for it. To my delight, my case arrived on Nov 8, the very day I had requested for delivery, protected by an extrao outer carton. The case itself was absolutely perfect and I had paid a fraction of the original price. I could not be happier.

I've been buying instruments from Bax Shop, since about five years ago. During last years, I purchased different gear from them. The service has always been excellent and the purchased musical instruments (usually synthesizers, stage pianos) are delivered within the times indicated during "check out" process. The prices have always proved to be competitive, compared to other shops in the same sector. The support staff, contacted by e-mail, have always given me satisfactory answers in a short time and, on the few occasions that I have needed help, they solved the issue in the best way. With this review I can only recommend the shop and send a big thank to all the staff for their professionalism shown with the qualified service provided to me.

Do not buy. I ordered some headphones in December and they still have not arrived.
This I understand as there are problems getting stock but I just want to speak to someone so I can change the order to some that they do have in stock.
The problem is that you have Zero chance of anyone answering your call or responding to emails.
I'm now having to go down the route of going to my bank for a charge back and getting my money back.

Do NOT Use This Company - Not Trustworthy, Zero Contact
Over a week ago I placed an order with Bax Music for some Sennheiser headphones that were showing as in stock. Delivery should have been made a week last Thursday.
I received correspondence from Hermes on Thursday stating an attempted delivery was made that evening. It was not - 3 adults were home and our doorbell is exceedingly loud!
I received additional information via the Hermes' app to say a redelivery would be attempted the next business day. It was not. Nor the next ... nor any time since.
Attempting to contact Hermes was, as usual, utterly fruitless: they are the very worst example of a logistics company and their customer service is a misnomer as it does not exist. Even their drivers cannot escalate an issue on their customer's behalf.
The Hermes website said to contact the retailer directly.
Bax Music have (so far) failed to respond to 3 eMails and have not once answered any one of 5 phone calls, where I've been placed on hold for >15 minutes each time.
There are hundreds of recent complaints about Bax Music on TrustPilot and elsewhere, including a dedicated Facebook page concerning complaints about this company.
Do NOT trust this company. I would appear the company has failed but are still taking orders, especially given the nature of the other reviews on this and other websites.

BUT, you need to be aware that this shop operates from the Netherlands and has only legal representations in other European countries (e.g. Italy and Germany), which might be a bit misleading at first sight on their web page. Fortunately I had no issues at all, but reading other reviews you might get into big trouble if anything is wrong. So I would use this shop only when you are in a desperate situation. Simply not transparent and serious, imho.

I have been a BAX MUSIC customer for over a year and doing several purchases - for about 5 thousand euros - with maximum satisfation - for price and delivery time - . Unfortunately, the last purchase - a stage piano YAMAHA CP4 - has been a very bad experience as the musical instrument arrived with broken corners due the poorly made packaging. Furthermore, 5 keys was out of order - as I needed of the stage piano the same day, I payed for repairing such keys 150 euros -. Inside the envelope I found some pieces of broken plastic - parts of piano, of course -. Because of this, with deep regret, this time I have to release a negative review for the store. UPDATE: Today, 20 sep 2018, After I read the answer here on trustpilot, I was waiting and waiting for anyone of their staff would contact me but, passed the 14-day (statutory full refund rights period): I am completely disappointed as nobody contacted me with a solution or an offer to solve the issue with purchased stage piano arrived broken! DALLA MIA ESPERIENZA, POSSO CONFERMARE CHE SE ACQUISTATE DA QUESTO NEGOZIO, DOVETE SOLO SPERARE CHE NON VI ARRIVI ROTTO O DIFETTATO!

Servizio del Corriere DHL (oltre 9 euro) indecente - per per ben 4 giorni non è riuscito a trovare l'indirizzo segnalando addirittura il destinatario assente. Mai ricevute chiamate al citofono o telefono (entrambi segnalati su bolle e fatture) ed alla fine costretta a pianificare il fermo deposito.
Prevista consegna il 21/12 Consegna effettivamente avvenuta il 2 o 3 Gennaio. Ripeto servizio corriere indecente!

The DHL courier service, paid over 9 euros, was indecent.
For 4 times they did not find the home address or they reported the absent recipient when I was at home. No phone call or intercom (as reported on shipping notes and invoice). Also requested by telephone for 3 consecutive days the deposit at a DHL center but they continued to try delivery.
Change the courier service because paying 9 euros and receiving an order with this delay is a scandal, also because it was supposed to be a Christmas present!
Pls control and verify this number of spedition 538178997120 on DHL.de tracking and watch all i told.
Never had any such problems with other couriers
